Too big. Great for 6' people but not average or smaller sized people. Husband bought it expecting 62" wife to use. Wife can't get comfortable or relax without practically drowning.

Exceptional product but complex

When all is done and tub is properly installed - its functions well and in my opinion is unsurpassed. Especially the jets for my back. Much better than just a soaking tub. But I found the ordering to be tricky. You need to select the tub variant with the motor and the heater facing the maintenance access ports in your home for proper servicing. Locating the heater against a wall will cause you to have to rip through the wall every time the heater breaker pops or the heater needs maintenance. Suggest you take a diagram of the location you want to place the tub in, and a list of the features you want the tub to have to someone familiar with these tubs to help select the right configuration before ordering. As well as Lowe's, I went to two other Jacuzzi vendors and to Jacuzzi customer service and had to put information from each of them together in order to get the correct configuration for me. It is complex but I think clearly worth the effort.
