So I ordered 4 mirrors... on this order! One arrived broken and IBM handle it like pros!!! Everything went as perfectly as can be, even though it was Christmas time... This is my second time using them! Love them and their products!

My Story It took several months after we received our mirror cabinet for the contractor to do the work. When the contractor opened the box from IB Mirror, one of the mirror on one door was chipped. I asked IB Mirror if they could sent me a door for free since it was damaged in the box. Because of the delay between the reception of the illuminated mirror cabinet, They were not able to help me....my bad and i accepted it. I should have open the box when it arrived. I dealth this issue with Sarah Seymour. She was quick, polite, she really tried to help me and i never felt that she wanted to get rid of me. I asked her to order the door for me and she ordered it. I paid right away at that moment. After two months, never received the mirror door. I wrote to Mrs Seymour and the replacement mirror door had been lost by Fed Ex. She took care of it right away and today, saturday, the door, according to fed Ex whit the tracking number, it shall be delivered today. IB Mirror (Paris Mirror), take good care of this employee! she's a really good asset for your company! Believe me...My job involves customer service since 25 years. Patrice.

This is the most beautiful mirror. It?s in a Powder Room and lights the room both front and back. We have it on a dimmer which changes the mood. Fast shipping and packed really well. I would recommend my mirror to anyone.

I have two of these mirrors and I really like them a lot. 3000K is the perfect color temperature for a flattering view of yourself in the mirror. I previously made the mistake of buying a mirror that had 6000K color temperature. 6000K is the color of warehouse lighting. I understand that people like 6000K for applying makeup, but it's not a flattering light to see yourself in.

As part of a major modern do-over of our house (a flood kind of helped us with the decision), we redid our master bath with a six foot floating vanity. This mirror is almost perfect with it. It's not quite as bright as I expected from reading the specs. And it has this odd habit of occasionally blinking off momentarily (hence the 4 stars). But aside from that, installation was pretty straightforward, but is CERTAINLY a two person (at least) job. It's pretty heavy, so make sure you have it supported on the studs or blocking in the wall!
