not very well build

I've had this oven for about two years within the first year one of the burner knobs broke off. now the thermostat is broken and another burner is having issues

Good raange

Everything works ok. One of the racks came broken. Wish it had an integrated timer. Other than that, no complaints.

Haven’t used yet

New range: the oven is not set at the correct temperature-there are no instructions how to adjust it, the right front burner does not light or come on, the igniter clicks and gas flows but the burner does not come on. The manual that came with the range is very lacking in information.

Great Service

Conger LP Gas is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great customer service and loved my visit. I ordered the Forno gas range and have been very satisfied with my purchase.

Beautiful but didn't last long

I got my oven a little a year ago. I loved it up until about 2 months ago when the tow middle burner on top quit working and then a few days ago the oven went out. I am super disappointed. Appliances are too expensive to last only a year or 2

Great product, colors don’t match

I love the stove and it works well. Before purchasing I called to verify that the fridge, stove, and dishwasher would all have the same finish if purchased in black. I was told they would have the same finish even though they are from different collections. Upon delivery they are different finishes. I love the appliance but I would have planned differently had I known the finishes were not the same.

A new stove - and it's shiny!

A basic upgrade for my 36" space where a range was located for 30+ years (yes, 30+ years!) A convection oven with 2 racks and light, a pilot light and fan make up the upgrade. Perhaps another over 30 years ago had a self-cleaning option, but that does not bother me. I am anticipating to use this appliance to its fullest potential, but as it has only been installed for less than a day, all I can report is that it is lovely and definitely improves the appearance in my kitchen!

Oven Igniter Fails - Skip the Forno Purchase

We purchased from Home Depot 01/2023 - we have had nothing but issues with the oven ignitor failing four times within the first six months of owning. You can ONLY email through the Forno website for service requests and it takes days (and now months) to get any action out of Forno. The ignitor failed again on us a month ago and we have no answers or updates on when a tech will be out to fix it. Our range is still under warranty but Forno is unreliable for assistance and help.

Pending service

Oven is abnormally hot and the knobs are scalding. I had to leave a review in order to complete warranty registration. Hoping that this can be remedied and I could amend this

Great oven

After researching the oven online, the family decided to purchase this oven. Once the stove is installed. we enjoyed the oven however, after the oven was installed we noticed a huge dent on the bottom part of the oven this week, prior to installation. However now working on getting the bottom panel of the oven replaced.

Beautiful stove with disappointing functionality

Gorgeous range, but limited functionality. Burner rings get stains that don't come out when water or food is splashed on them.

Great looking stove

Great looking but knobs get super hot. Be Careful. I will be contacting company as I have seen videos showing what steps to take to resolve.

So far not impressed!!!

The stove is definitely large and i do like the amount of cooking space. However, the knobs are way off on flame indicator. The knobs also get EXTREMELY hot when the oven is on. To the point of burning you. The oven takes forever to preheat and the temperature is very wrong. Like 100° off. Nothing bakes evenly and nothing browns on top. I am very disappointed!!! I have contacted Forno customer service and have not had any help so far!

Customer service is phenomenal

We bought our Forno stove back in November of 2023. In December we started noticing a lot of built up soot in our oven. We reached out to customer service and spoke with Caroline. We went back and forth for a bit, and she was absolutely phenomenal with easing our concerns, and getting a tech out there to service the oven. Unfortunately after multiple service attempts it was still not fixed, and Caroline was able to get a replacement oven for us free of charge. Made a very stressful situation of not having an oven during the holidays, but Caroline absolutely came through and help to rectify that situation! Will absolutely be buying more Forno appliances in the future!

Beautiful range

This is a beautiful range but the knobs get disturbingly hot as well as the oven door. There is a warning from the manufacturer but it’s still hotter than we expected.

Fast Delivery and beautiful

The range came well packaged in a wooden box with styrofoam underneath and a dust cover. There was no cosmetic damage from delivery. The gas stove works great. Haven’t had a change to get use out of the oven yet but so far very happy with the quality for the price.

Waste of $2000

The oven is not 18.6” because an 18” full sheet pan DOES NOT FIT! The fan housing in the back of oven takes up roughly 3/4” of that 18.6” claim….

Problem from day one zero help from home depot or Forno

This range has had issues from day one. When I call my home depot they said what do you want me to do?call the manufacture we don’t know anything about it. I explained I had called and emailed and have not had any response .he took my number and said they would call and call me back that was a few months ago still nothing. After looking at there Facebook page it appears no one is getting any help. Some people have had a no working range from day one and can’t get any response from Forno .Home Depot washes there hands after the sale so don’t expect any help from them.at least I have mine figured out if I set the oven on 425 I can get it to reach 350. Junk junk junk do not buy any forno appliance.

Sleek 36 inch Range

We are in the middle of a remodel so we have not used it yet, however it’s a beautiful 36 inch range at a reasonable price point. Looks very sleek and feels very heavy duty.
