Forno has ghosted and left us with broken stove

We have tried to reach Forno several times through the method they require and although they initially were very responsive to our first issues (both appliances we purchased either arrived with damage or malfunctioned within the first 6 months), they have completely stopped replying to our polite inquiries. We have tried to reach them multiple times now with no reply, and there is no way to contact them via phone anymore. The message via phone instructs the customer to reach out via email (clearly noting this is the only method of contact) and promises a reply within 24-48 hours. We have been waiting weeks which appear to be quickly turning into months. Horrible service for such an expensive appliance, our stovetop does not even work after only 6 months of use.

Great product!

Great stove, fit in kitchen well cannot wait to hear how good it works. We put it in a rental house.

Take to long

I have been trying to contact you to see if is possible fix the issue that zi have with the range ( red light doesn't turn off) but It is taking to long and nobody had been contacted me yet

Appliance looks good but not commercial as stated. It doesn’t heat up as hot as expected. One of The burner never work from the start

Beautiful, high-end look

Yet surprisingly affordable. Love the double door design, the cooktop is sleek and contemporary. And while considered free-standing, the 30-inch wide oven fit perfectly between two counters.

The oven takes almost an hour to heat up, no timer or clock, very basic and not worth the money.

A Lovely European style range

Massively heavy, need strong backs to install, quiet convection process, best feature, for us, are the double French doors for ease of access. No other legacy manufacturers have this feature in a floor model range. Delighted, so far.

Dropped off on a pallet in my driveway.

Haven’t had the range long enough to give it a fair review, but the customer service from Lowe’s was abhorrent and misleading. I received a message from Estes Express telling me that the range had shipped, but no other details information was provided to track where the shipment was at. When the stove didn’t arrive on the projected delivery date, I contacted Lowe’s to get more info about the delivery. I was told that the range was shipped directly from Forno and that they didn’t have any information .So, I tried to contact Forno several times before finally hearing back from them. They said that Lowe’s contracted with the carrier and all they could tell me is that it was shipped. (I feel that I was lied to about this because Lowe’s told me that the stove was shipped directly from the Forno warehouse and led me to believe that they were not involved with Estes in any way.) By this time I had already wasted an entire day waiting for delivery.

Impressed!

I’m really excited to use this range. I love cooking and baking, it will be my little workhorse, no fancy gadgets but it will get the work done 😊

Beautiful addition

Beautiful addition to our home. Oven and stove top work great! Has the perfect old school, no frills charm!

Basic range. Basic Service.

The ceramic elements work fine. The oven works fine. So mission accomplished from that point of view. It's a basic oven and the price suggests purchasers should manage their expectations. Had some issues on the install. Retailer Home Depot wouldn't help. Forno office sent me a new part to install myself. Be aware, its very difficult to talk to a live person, everything is done by email, which is a little frustrating. Also, I requested a service call--which they rejected. Suffice it to say (again) its not a high end range. So don't expect high end service.

Back left burner on two stoves did not work.

I purchased a Forno stove, model FFSEL6083-30, and was so excited as the stove was so beautiful. The first stove arrived and the back left burner was not working. Contacted Home Depot and they were great. They agreed to replacing the first stove and received the second stove today, and to my dismay the back left burner is again not working. Now I have to return another stove, and of course I won’t be purchasing another Forno.

Damage

Received this last week. Delivered to the house and left in the driveway even though I called Lowe's customer service and requested a call and a delivery time. Left it in the crate until today for the cabinet work to be finished. Opened the crate and it was damaged. Lowe's said return policy on appliances is 48 hours, yet it is 30 days on most things.

Decent stove, i would’ve picked another

There’s no digital timer or interface with this stove, which I guess is my fault for not noticing. Just assumed all of them had one. This is annoying for multiple reasons.
