Good stove

Good stove. Shipped and received quickly. However, the knobs get very hot, untouchable when the oven is on. The stove makes a clicking noise after the stove has been used and turn off.

Oven does not preheat well. It takes at least 30 minutes to heat to 350 degrees

Customer service is terrible

The oven does not work at all. You must email their customer service that claims that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. This is completely unacceptable. To expect the end user to wait 48 hours to talk to a person is crazy. Especially if you are a contractor and now have schedule another trip and inconvenience your clients. Do not buy! There is not any factory support.

The stove is handsome.

Not worth the money

Arrived damaged, hot surface warning lights malfunction. Oven bake temp does not match thermometer. Looks nice. I’m a home inspector and see a lot of high end appliances, I had hoped this would be a budget entry level range to that market… it’s not. This is a glorified, over priced GE with a French door. Will be contacting customer service for warranty repair, will update review pending those results.

The rack shelves in the oven could be lower. I have to remove one rack to fit my Turkey roasting pan. Other than that, everything I expected and so nice looking.

The top of the stove has peeled off. The stove did not meet my expectations at all.

LOVE but Issues

Love the look and feel of this oven but a few issues... the doors are hard to close and secondly we already had a burner go out after only having the oven for 6 months... It's still under warranty and the place we bought it is fixing it but still think that's not a good sign if things are already breaking. Hoping it was just a crazy coincidence.

. This is a great stove. The only thing I have an issue with is that the hot surface light occasionally stays on for a day even when the burner is no longer hot.

Lovely European style convection oven/range. We selected this because Forno is the only company that offers French door access to the oven. None of the legacy brands have this feature in a free standing unit. Wife happy, I'm happy.

No working stove

Oven on this range doesn’t work! Stove very attractive. Delivery good. Oven doesn’t work. Also unhappy that burner knobs don’t have heat d levels on them.

[Rewarded Review] Love my new oven

I purchased this in October. It took a bit to get used to the French door closing and opening. But I know am used to it and rather like it. I had reached out to the maker of the oven with a concern because the back left burner never got hot. They responded the next day and let me know it is a warmer and will never get hot. Had I read the manual, I would have known this. That error is totally on me. The representative couldn't have been any nicer. All in all I really like the stove. I would recommend it to anyone without any reservation. It is really built sturdy

Beautiful upscale appearance

The finish, utility, and stunning appearance of this range is comparable to other upscale brands of appliances suitable for high end residential chef's kitchens. I had it shipped direct from the distributor and it arrived safely in a well built custom made shipping crate. The only slight downside, is the owner instruction/installation manual is sparse and incomplete, which seems to be the norm now days. I am highly pleased with this range.
