Damaged and AJ Madison won’t reply

Stove arrived damaged and AJ Madison won’t reply. I’ve called several times and put on hold. I’ve contacted thru website with no responses.

Slow burners

I have had this stove for about 2 weeks. Today I have been waiting 25 minutes to boil a small pot of water. I hope this it not the way it is supposed to work. I have the correct pans for the smooth top so that is not the issue. Don't purchase this product if this is the way it is designed to work. The oven is also slow to heat up.

No pre-heat indicator?

Biggest complaint is the oven. There is no indication when it has reached the temperature you're pre-heating to. When I contacted support they indicated it wasn't designed with that feature and sent an approximate time to temperature list to use as a guide.

Great stove and oven, delivery took longer than originally scheduled.

Perfect size & look. Pluss it works.

When I received the Range, the door handle was loose because the screw was stripped. After installing the range, the oven light and convection fan don't work.

Does all the basic things well and looks sharp. Disappointed with the poor documentation that came with it and the lack of a preheat indicator.

Unique Appliances Prestige 20 in. 1.6 cu. ft. Electric Range is a compact range stainless steel with attractive features. The convection oven can be used as a traditional oven, as well, and is capable of handling smaller meals efficiently as it is a compact size. The four-burner glass cooktop cleans easily with proper care. Avoid sliding pans across glass and clean the cooktop after every use so grease and drips don’t burn on the glass. It is a very well-designed unit. Traditional 36” countertop height. Very nice.

Interior oven door shattered

I recently purchased this gas stove/oven for my Airbnb and guests used the oven. It was the first time it had been used since I had it put in, and shortly after they turned off the oven, there was a loud bang sound and the interior glass shattered into a million pieces. Traumatic for them but since then, it has been impossible to get replacement glass and it’s still very much under warranty.

Missing screws,electric cord clamped around wires not cord,holes not lined up side panels kinked legs on bottom not assembled correctly, many other assembly problem.The worse product I ever bought.I have pics.Service department very rude.I'd send back but I need a stove.

Looks nice. The hinge on the door was off track and overlapped the closing so you have to wiggle the door to close it. I ordered a replacement and it arrived with the glass top broken so we kept the one with the wiggly door, sometimes it works sometimes you have to get it on track. Expected more for the price.

[Rewarded Review] Perfect size but elements very close together

This review is for the Unique Appliances Prestige 20 in. 1.6 cu. ft. Electric Range with Convection Oven in Stainless Steel. We’re in the process of adding a father-in-law space and needed a fully functional small range; this one fits our need exactly. The elements are close together and it might be an issue with pot handles getting too hot because of the proximity of the pans to each other. I don’t think he’ll use all four elements at one time, but I think the range would have been better suited (and safer) with only 3 elements. The knobs are easy to read and understand. I like the oven space and the storage drawer on the bottom. Very nice. Looks good, if that’s important, and the range top will be easy to clean.
