Good buy

Just installed my new closet doors and they look very good and roll very easy. I would have had an easier time if I had read the instructions closer and realized the 2 sets of rollers are designed differently. I would have given this product a 5 had the finger pulls been larger and maybe come with a brushed nickel set as well.

The bi-pass doors hung securely and glided easily.

The bi-pass door kit was easy to install and worked as expected on 3/4" plywood doors on a utility cabinet. Rather than screw the bottom bracket into a floor with infloor heat, I screwed the bottom bracket to a 1/2" piece of wood and, using construction glue, fastened to the concrete floor. This project does take some careful measuring.

DOES NOT FIT A 1.375" DOOR!!

I bought this to hang 2 1 -5/16" thick doors and everything looked good until I went to hang them. The cut adjuster accentric will not allow the two doors to slide by. Now I have to buy a different system, (NOT FROM LOWES) and hopefully I haven't cut the $400 doors too short.

Easy to install and use

Product fit great and easy to install. Obviously it was a prior purchase, and it was taped closed. Half of the screws were missing from it.

Beyond disappointed

Cheap junk ….Might work with hollow core doors… but certainly scratched the solid pine 6 panels doors used in my 60 year old house ….track bent almost immediately… installs easily…. Comes out almost as easily…. Cannot believe Lowe’s carries this low quality product without a better quality option

This box came in destroyed. DID NOT EVEN HAVE ALL THE PARTS. Such a waste of money. Returning immediately. Such terrible service. They also delivered the box to the woods beside my driveway instead of the house?

Great replacement for bifold doors.

Easy to install - smooth tracks. I was able to replace bifold doors by taking off the middle brackets and installing the included hardware and now they slide. Huge improvement.

Works on 1-3/8 doors, no problem!

I installed 4 closet doors using this hardware. Reading the reviews there were those that had issues and those did not, I read the directions and carefully laid out the work. I had absolutely no issues with the 1-3/8” doors. Read and follow the directions. I would buy these again give the opportunity.

And was thinking my 1 3/8 door had a 50% of working. After reading the reviews found my 1 3/8 door fit perfectly. Time will tell how good this product is - but for the moment I believe this is a very good product. My only concern is that I thought the instructions could have been better. Also suggest going to google and searching for 'how to install a sliding closet door" - by dk legacy.
