 I am quite upset. I ordered a canopy replacement and it was not the one for my canopy. I spoke to a customer service agent and I explained to him that my brother had given me the gazebo as a gift and I just needed a replacement canopy top. He looked up the order and he said he found it however the one he recommended and the one I bought is not the one for my canopy I need to return it and I need to get the right one. Can you help with that.
It didn’t fit well
The cover lasted 2 years and then ripped to pieces. We didn't take it down for storms though.

Disappointed. Guaranteed the right size. Ordered 10x12 received 10x10. Should have never ordered here always issues.
Great color and material, I just wish it fits our gazebo. It’s smaller than the measurement and the top tier opening is way too small also. I will need to return the one I bought.
The small top portion did not fit, but the canopy was perfect.
