Missing and damaged screws
Very dissappointed that there is no way to set up the bench with only 3 long screws! We definetely need a 4th screw to get this bench standing. Noone to contact or stand behind. I see mutiple people had same issue. Also one of the 3 screws are damaged and cant be used. Rediculous!
pvc backrest is breaking
Back rest pvc is not strong enough. i feel like it is breaking when i lean on it.
Lattice is plastic.
Overall a nice bench. Only disappointment, the crosshatch lattice piece is plastic not metal and has a dull or grayish appearance. It was easy to put together and still will look nice in the garden.
Very disappointed on the edge of the seat was dent from delivery damaging that the paint was peeled off but able to mount it together then it get rusty after it got rain on.
You need two people to put it together.

This bench was just perfect. Perfect size, perfect price. Easy to assemble (although one bolt was missing which was easy to find in my husband's stash).

It seemed to be sturdy and well made. I went ahead and gave it a good coat of Krylon spray paint before I put it outside, where it will be uncovered. Some reviews said it rusted too soon, so I thought I might delay that with some paint.

Well designed and comfortable seating. Purposely purchased this item because of its smaller footprint for use in a small garden area. Will have to wait for several months to see how finish holds up.
Great bench!
The bench was exactly what I was looking for on my side porch. I tried to put it together myself but needed another pair of hands to hold it while screwing it together. Looking forward to warmer weather when there is no snow and ice on it so I can enjoy sitting on it.
