I love my new oven. It cooks so well and bakes beautifully.

Exact replacement

I like there's no bottom heating loop. I like the WiFi connectivity. Remind installers to avoid the door seal when drilling the pilot hole for the side mount. Exact replacement for older 27" wall oven.

Good service for several appliances

The oven was delievered within the time frame 3-4 weeks as offered. The delivery personnel were very professional and efficient.

Great features

I have only had this wall oven for a couple of weeks but it is just what I wanted. My space was small and this fit perfectly. I have not tried all the features yet, but so far everything has been just great.

Poor customer service

Bought and had installed a year and a month and had problems. GE sent a technician to look at oven. Technician said was factory defect and could not be repaired. Spoke with GE again and was told it would be replaced free of charge. Now I’m being told the best they can do is offer me one with a discount. If this is how they handle issues with their products, I will never buy another GE product, and will advise others to do the same. Would give zero stars but review wouldn’t let. Poor customer service GE should do better, but chooses not to.

Disappointing

This oven is a disappointment mainly because it does not provide enough heat from below, for example: leaving pizzas overcooked on top and soggy underneath. The hidden lower elements may make cleaning easier but the result is uneven heat that requires complicated strategies to compensate for this flaw. Also takes forever to preheat. Not the expected quality from GE.
