I would buy this product again and again..and I did!

A couple of years ago I brought two of these light in the brushed gold for our master bedroom. Loved them so much when we re-decorated the guest room I bought the brushed silver for there!

Wonderful reading light.

Better than I expected. Quality of the reading light is excellent. Plan to buy a second one.

Great design, great light, one minor issue

I had my eye on these for a while and got two for bedtime reading. I wanted a clean look to accompany my new bedroom furniture, so I had them hardwired by an electrician. The best reading light I have ever had. One note: Like many others who have installed these lights, I found the nightlight/switch too bright, so I followed the manufacturer's instructions for disabling them. Other than that, they look great in my bedroom and the light and dimming functions are fantastic.

So practical. Buy.

I have had these before. They are SO practical. Highly recommended. I used my points for a part of my payment which made my purchase better. These make reading at night a joy. My husband has one and i do too. Buy! They are beautiful too.

Unassuming and yet so powerful

The swing arm lamp completed the look in my guest room. It's versatile, its light shines bright and it can be directed to illuminate other areas of the room. Great product

Very chic

Very modern and sleek. Easy to wire to sconces. Works great. More than enough light for reading and easy adjustable. Not enough light to illuminate room

Great bedside light!

I love these sconces! Modern and simple. Cute nite lite of sorts as the small button to turn on each fixture stays illuminated when turned off. Only downside is it can't be controlled from our light switch, I manually press the button for each to turn on. But I still really like them!

beautiful design but way too bright

the design is beautiful and iI love its compact design. it's brighter than i would want for a reading and as other reviewers wrote, the power button is VERY bright. i have to cover mine with a post it.

Just right for me.

Love this light. There when I want it, folds back when I don’t. Adds nice accent to room decor. Takes up no space in my living room which isn’t very spacious.

Easy assemblage

I was so pleased to find the lamp pieces mostly intact. Because, the directions show how to put the entire lamp together, bit by bit, blow by blow. If it had been in pieces, those directions would have helped immensely. But, since it was already mostly put together (the base, with the arm; the plate that lays against the wall), it was easy to hang on the wall. Plus, I love the width of the light; really covers a lot of ground. I like to read in bed and it gives great coverage.

Slim profile

About 3 months ago, we bought 2 wall lights and we love them. In fact, we bought a third one about 1 month ago for another bedroom. Slim profile and easy to install. Great contemporary look.

George Kovacs Swing Arm Wall Sconce

Two of these wall sconces were purchased in March 2015, they are sleek and nice looking, and provide great light for bedside reading. In the fall of 2017, they were no longer working and the small disc that provides the LED light source was not lighting up. I called Lighting Direct, and they said the disc would need to be ordered, so I ordered it at the cost of $48.00 per disc. Later, they called to say they did not have them in stock and that I would need to get in touch with the Minka Company. I called the company and they said because I was not a retailer, they could not provide me with the item because they do not deal directly with the customer, and that I would need to go back to Lighting Direct. I called Lighting Direct again and had another person check to see if they could provide the disc, whereupon, they told me again to go back to Minka because they did not have it. I finally spoke to a Loretta at the Minka company and told her my plight - she graciously looked up the disc that should fit the light and told me she would send it to me without cost to ensure it was the correct disc. Finally, I was getting some help. The disc arrived promptly and it was indeed, the correct disc. I called to thank Loretta at Minka for her help and asked her if she could send me another one since I had two lamps. She said I would have to get it from my local lighting distributor. I now had the exact number for the part and my local lighting distributor can order it for me and yes, it is $48.00. All this to say, to replace the light when it quits working is costly and I would not have purchased the lamp if I had known it was so difficult and costly to find replacement parts. At least, I was able to solve the problem, but only after many months of calling and repeating my story several times. Aside from the replacement parts, the product is a quality product,

Not Pleased

The light bulb is projecting a blue shifted light, not the color specified in the write up. I am a retired professional photographer and know light color. This is not the light you want to read under while getting ready for sleep. The night light button is ridiculously bright as other reviewers have commented on.

Love the lights but...

The lighted touch switches to turn on and off or dim the lights are WAY too bright. We installed them hardwired and understand that the only way to turn off the lighted buttons is to uninstall and rewire the fixture. Very bad design.

Matching PAir

We just completed the set. Purchased this unit above the bed a few years ago and just purchased a second to balance. Never replaced the bulb. Only comment is tha the on/off switch is lit and fairly bright in the off position. Sometimes we covered it to provide darkness. Other than that a quality product.

Swing Arm Sconce

I purchased the swing arm sconce for over my bed so I can read at night. I alway try to find a light fixture from the "open box" since the product is more affordable and always in pristine condition. The most recent purchase serves my purpose well and is very attractive over my bed. Customer service is always excellent and I trust their judgement when I have questions. I am excited about finding the Lumens website online and plan on doing future purchases with them.

George Kovacs Swing Arm

This is an excellent light for reading in bed. LED really lights it up. We had a problem with one upon first arrival--the lighting head was loose and couldn't be tightened. Lumens got us a brand new one within 4 days without having to send the bad one back first--that was excellent customer service. One other thing, if you're not going to simply plug it into the wall but instead have it wired in, get an electrician. There can be complications, especially if you want to sync it with a wall switch with a dimmer...it takes the right one to work with LED.

I have purchased 13 of these sconces

This is a very well designed and constructed fixture. The one negative is the LED touch dimmer on the wall plate which shines very brightly in a darkened room. We were able to call George Kovacs customer service directly and they gave us a quick fix which required some minor rewiring and takes no more than 15 minutes.
