Don't be fooled

We've had this faucet for 10 years and have had leaks and times where water flow was obstructed every year for the last 10. It is beautiful, and goes with the rest of the Rohl products I wasted my money on 10 years ago. We have called for replacement parts and there is always a reason why they can't fix the problem. Rohl apparently spends more money on designers than engineers.

It is absolute perfection! Great service, great packaging and great product!

This faucet was delivered bent. It did not have good packaging and appeared not to be in the original box. We are sending it back for a refund. Totally unacceptable.

This is an incredibly gorgeous faucet! Unlacquered brass that will age over time. I waited many months for this to come back in stock, and I’m glad I did! It’s not installed yet, so I will update in the future. Aesthetically, I am very pleased! 

Beautiful but leaks

I have two of these (one at main sink and one on the island) in the nickel finish - the finish has held up well for 11 years. They are very beautiful and look great in the kithcen. However, we have had consistent problems with leaking, replacing the hoses several times each, the handles contrantly unscrew and are loose, the side sprayers do not work well (frequently stick and are hard to turn on and off), and the soap dispensers worked for like a year and now are just decorative. I wouldn't trade the look but for this price, the function does not follow. Similar problems with both faucets. It is not an overstatement to say that we have $7000 into these two faucets in just over 10 years. I'd just replace them but it seems that maintenance issues seem to be a consistent theme over the years.

handle loose...?

I love this product - however - I'm concerned because almost immediately one of the handles became loose. Since the endpoint is (I guess) screwed in but with a smooth surface, I have no idea how to tighten the handle. It goes around in circles with the smallest amount of use/pressure...what do I do? This product was not lesser in quality, but this is a shortcoming. Please help.

Side Sprayer is Awful

Have owned this faucet for 6 years and have had nothing but problems. Side sprayer broke a year into us owning this, and Build.com was wonderful and sent us a whole new faucet. A year later it broke again and Rohl never would honor the warranty so we ended up just throwing this away (!!) and buying a Moen. DON’T BUY!!

Quality kitchen faucet, very happy customer!

The quality is 100% top notch, it feels solid in your hands and has such an old world charm that vibes with our transitional aesthetic. Yes, they are pricey but I really wanted a faucet that stood out on our window backdrop and this faucet doesn't disappoint. Worth it in my book. you won't find a better price and customer service. Thanks!

Great, well made faucet

This faucet looks great in our kitchen. It feels like it is very well made and heavy. You need to make sure the holes drilled exactly where the waterlines go down as the hole covers at the bottom are not real large.
