I bought two of these in black and they are great look awesome and it came with a funnel for filling and it’s a top filler no need to fold yourself up and take down the bottle love this feature it’s about time! I will enjoy these

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
After three month, the pump sticks down and won't pop back up, making it useless. We got a replacement from the company and it did the same thing three months later. I'm looking for a different brand now. So disappointed.
Was pleased as this was purchased to match our FRANKE faucet that was in satin nickel finish but matched really well.

Pump failed less than 3 months after install
It was good while it worked. With normal use (outdoor kitchen, we use sometimes on the weekends), pump failed after less than 3 months. Dispenser does not retract to allow pumping soap additional soap. Pump Gets stuck at bottom. Help!!

Very sturdy metal soap dispenser, nice chrome. Took a long time find real chrome metal as most products are plastic with chrome colored coating/cover. Buy this one you will like it!
Doesn’t work! After a few weeks it gets stuck after pushing it down. Tried cleaning it, using different soaps… nothing worked. Bad design!!
Broken after 3 months
Using it for < 3 months. Already it doesn't pop back up after pumping. So, not working. Let's see how warranty goes...

We had this pump for less than a year and it stopped working. It does go up and down when you push it and therefore does not pump the soap out!
Very satisfied with Hansgrohe products
Hansgrohe produces quality products at reasonable prices. The company did not charge me for 10 years no matter the reason if their product needed replacing; this coverage stopped after this time.
