Non-watertight faucet
This faucet was installed in all 4 locations in my new house. If water gets on the spout and runs down to the base it leaks under the vanity. Unacceptable.

Missing Pivot Rod Clip
We like the design, but the pivot rod clip was missing from the box and required a trip to the store to complete the installation.
The faucet feels hollow. The “Professional Installation” was neither professional and only partially installed.
The Moen Gibson High Arc Bathroom Faucet looks beautiful in my bathroom and it was easy to install. I also like the swiveling spout.
These faucets are a very attractive and modern bathroom update highly recommend.

Water seeping through faucet deck area
I recently moved in a new construction house with all my bathrooms installed with meon faucets.all the faucet have leaking issues.when we sometimes had small water puddles on the bottom edge of faucets, specific from the deck gaskets gasket.water seeping through there ending up in my under sink area. Very bad quality! We had plumber from builder side here to take a look at them.The plumber didn’t do anything but blame on product.he told me this is no watertight product.I will have water seeping through there if I don’t pay attention and splash water there.what a ridiculous thing! water is not supposed to seep down from deck gasket especially for new installed faucets.!
