I was told it was
I was told it was shipped Nov 22. I was given an unusable tracking number my inquiries keep coming back with we are looking for your tracking number and will let you know when we find it. It should have come by now Dec 9 with or without a tracking number I promised this fixture toa client WHERE Is My FIXTURE WHAT ARE YOU REALLY DOING ABOUT IT.
Bulbs burn out or yellow
I purchased 2 chandeliers a little over a year ago and just as they were installed we started having problems. One chandelier had several yellower lights than the others. Our second chandelier only has one light left working. We have contacted the supplier for over a year now with no response. I’m not sure if it’s the retailer or ET2 or both that is not responding.

Great light fixture for by my powder bath!! Really cool lighting effect on the walls with the Orb.

looks beautiful as it displays
pretty but cheap
This fixture lasted 2 months before 3 of the pendants stopped working. I am in the midst of returning it for credit. I wanted to replace it because it is so beautiful but I was told by my electrician that I would probably be replacing it again, and again and again
Beautiful light
Especially for the price. We searched a long time for this, not wanting to spend thousands of dollars. It’s very nice for this price. The only complaint I have at all is that the lights cast a yellow-ish tint on surfaces.
