Great, inexpensive lamp!
Great price. Exactly as described. Got it for my desk at work and it does the job I was looking for it to do.
It arrived in a crushed box with one of the springs missing. If I had the time I would have returned it. Managed to get it to work as is.
Swing arm adjustment knob failed. Would not tighten. Threads stripped. Thread size too small for the job. Flimsy construction.

The lamp was delivered in an undamaged carton and when I opened the lamp package the top part of the lamp was broken. Seemed to be a lack of quality control prior to shipping.
The lamp arrived broken at the joint between the arm and the lamp shade. It dangled limply and was returned. I have two other lamps like these that have worked fine for 15 years.
It's neck is flimsy as a dead bird. It doesn't stay in a set of position.
The lamp head clamp was unable to hold the lamp head in position- I needed up twisting the screw tightening mechanism to the point of breaking off. Minimal material quality.
