[Rewarded Review] White headboard

I really liked the style and the finish of the headboard. It wasn’t particularly difficult to assemble (especially considering my first at putting a piece of furniture together), but instructions were pictures vs words. Somewhere on there it would have been helpful if they designated r and l sides to the legs.

Amazing.. very easy to install and very sturdy

Product not as advertised

It was advertised as "bright white". It's cream at best. After opening it up, I just put it together to avoid the hassle of returning it, but I'm disappointed.

This headboard looks great online. When I ordered it I assumed it would be fully assembled and ready to attach to my new bed. Customer service was great, 5 Stars to the local Slumberland Rep. When I received the headboard, I realized that the legs were not attached to the headboard itself. Upon inspection of the assembly process I saw that instead of regular screws to bolt the legs to the headboard, they had a furniture cam style twist locks to connect the legs to the headboard. I used the supplied hardware and the legs kept falling off the headboard, a VERY bad design and crappy hardware. I was forced to drill new holes on the side of the legs and use very long screws to connect the legs to the headboard. I was swearing the entire time! For the money I expected better. If the manufacturer had fully assembled the headboard with legs attached, I would had give a much better review.

[Rewarded Review] Good Value

The unit was well package and easy to assemble. There were some paint runs at the joining areas that need to be removed for a tight union. Everything else was fine. It's a good value.

The Color Is Not Quite As Expected

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the color not being quite as expected. I know that colors show differently on different screens and might not be exactly as is, BUT the color NAME that I purchased is Espresso, which is a deep, dark BROWN color and when I unboxed this I noticed a RED tone, which I do not want at all. However, when I stood it upright in the bedroom, it "lost" a little of that red tint that I saw and it blends in well enough with the other dark brown pieces in the room and the lighting in the room doesn't bring out any of the red undertones, so I kept it and I do like it. I was going for a country, cowboy, rustic look and this is almost too shiny for that, but like I said, it blends in well with the rest of the things in the room, so for the price, I kept it. Besides that, I needed a SHORT headboard because I do not have tall walls, and anything else I liked better was too tall.

This is a beautiful timeless headboard and a great value. It doesn’t look or feel flimsy, and Still looks good despite a lot of abuse over the years from kids jumping on the bed. Very easy to install and have had no issues with it over the past 8 years. I highly recommend it.

Very strong wood! I would recommend it

It wasn’t so difficult to put it together but some people might have problems putting this together but it is not that difficult if you use your imagination on what you need to do. I was going to returned but it came on time and after I opened I saw that the material/wood is very strong. You will feel a strong smell of paint but it will go away after a few minutes. The only thing I wished is that it comes with more holes where you need to put it together with the bed frame because not all bed frames are equal. Other than that it is perfect and beautiful

Assembly was simple , however parts didnt fit or operate properly. had to engineer a new attachment design.

Purchased this for my sons apartment. Clean look. Quality construction. Bought it 5 years ago and it is still a clean modern look in his room.

Headboard

It's for a spare room. Has a run in the stain. Wish it would have came with covers to go over the screw locks. Didn't like the look of the exposed hardware.

Exceeded expectations

This headboard exceeded my expectations. It's solid. The cherry color finish matches my other pieces perfectly. I'm very pleased with this piece.
