Unfortunately the soap/ lotion dispenser replacement part was the wrong size.
wrong diameter or form and wouldnt work in dispenser
wrong diameter or shape wouldn't work in dispenser , pump loose in dispenser and wouldn't pump

the service department was extremely helpful, and the correct part was sent. Now the soap pump works perfectly again.
