Installed very easily, and feels extremely sturdy as there doesn't appear to be any flex on the pan. Also has a good grip on the base to prevent slipping. I would definitely recommend this pan.

The Product Never Arrived

This looks like a pretty good shower pan but the shipping was delayed ZERO communication from the manufacturer and of course Home Depot offers notoriously bad customer service. Store says call the website, visa versa. No tracking service available. 😡

Sturdy and fits where it needed to go had it three weeks

Received the shower base with manufacturing defect at drain. After working with manufacturer, following all bright yellow stickers on the box that state, "Do Not Return To Store" call this number. I finally got a resolution after three days. Not quite what I would expect. And to boot, it required me going back to the store to work with Home Depot Customer Serve (who were Great) but they wanted the product returned to store. Really- How "bout you tell me that day one so I don't have to go digging through the dumpster at the job site. All I wanted was to get a new one sent.... what I ended up with was a Sterling unit off the local Home Depot shelf. Not what I nor the customer wanted... but time is money and couldn't hold the project up anymore. Despite the defect- these appear to be great bases- not at all flimsy. I would prefer a glue down option rather then mortar, but it didn't really matter in the end.

What a beautiful shower base! I have not quite installed this yet, since we are in the middle of our bathroom remodel, and wouldn't you know an extra section that we need for a glass shower enclosure is back ordered. This base will be an upgrade for our existing jacuzzi tub/shower combo which is dated, uses too much water, and is getting tough to climb in and out of. I removed the ANZZI shower base from its box and inspected it thoroughly. It is absolutely gorgeous! Manufactured beautifully, the color is super bright white (not one hint of beige), and the finish is sleek and very modern looking. The stainless drain guard looks great and is removable for cleaning. The box includes a round screw-on PVC main drain attachment for 2" plumbing. Detailed installation instructions are included as well, and look fairly simple for an advanced DIY'r, but I plan on having my plumber install this just to be safe. The standing area has a textured finish which is non-slip. I stood on it with my bare feet, and it feels very comfortable. The base measures 48"L x 32"W and it is 3" high on the step-side where the shower door will mount. Nice low profile which will reduce tripping when going in/out of the shower. I own other products from ANZZI (including a faucet), and they manufacture great, high quality items, so I'm very excited to get this installed. Way to go ANZZI! FYI...If anyone plans to pick this up from HD instead of having it delivered, the boxed dimensions are 50"L x 34.5"W x 5"D. Should fit in most vehicles. If you're looking for a modern high quality shower base, look no further than ANZZI.

[Rewarded Review] Superior surfaced shower base with cleaning concerns

The anti skid printed into the base of the floor is great. The base itself is study with an attractive shiny finish. The stainless drain cover looks great but does present issues with cleaning. The remainder of the basin appears easy to clean though the drain is more cumbersome. Removal of the stainless cover isn't very easy in order to clean underneath it which has a lot of holders to clean around. Not crazy about this drain design from a cleaning point of view. The degree of slope is correct for proper drainage to prevent upper water pooling. Installation is straight forward with a nice lip to hold shower tiles.
