Crack and chip

Often we get damaged goods as this one came. The corner was cracked with a chip at the drip lip. It's either the shipping from where they get it from or happening on site. Although I wish everything would come good but this isn't a perfect world. Lowe's did deliver on time!

Over-rated for price.

Over-rated and pricey. All of the shower bases are made in China. No significant increase in quality as opposed to cheaper brands.

Easy, secure installation. Cleans easily.

I've had this in for almost 2 years now and no complaints. The lip/flange on 3/4 of the perimeter makes this a simple leak-proof install. I've also got hard or high-calcium well water and a little vinegar on this cleans it right up with minimal effort.

The product had a manafature defect, which happens , I think it should of been inspected better before packaging, I know if was from the manafacture because the carton it came in was not damages or even scuffed up. anyway it happens but when I returned the item to Home depot te young lady was rude not only the the guy infront of me but she had aattitude toward me, I finally askeed her, whats with the attitude maam, I did nothing toward you. it was very disapointing on top of the frustration of having to stop in the middle of the remodel and bring the item back and go trough the trouble, After that the rest of this experience has been down hill. I will try my best to never shop at home depot again. They dont need my bussness anyway. Im just a retired old dude with little money to spend. I will say, I like the product itself. Its sturdy an theres a you tube video explaining the proper way to install which became very beneficial.

Ordered 2 of these both came damaged. I accepted the second with a discount. The front of the shower pan had nicks and chips which were concealable. The first pan had the front left corner cracked. It seems as though the shipping packaging is faulty as damaged areas were similar locations. Unsure how the pan itself will work out as we’ve only just begun our Master bathroom build but I am excited for the design and how this will work with the color scheme.

Good, not great. Contractor was good with it. Had a small chip/crack on the back flange. It took so long to get here I wasn’t going to send it back. Got lost in mail, ordered another one, it was delayed in delivery. One day after I had to send my contractor home. Two showed up on my porch. Small items that HD delivers, including appliances, are fine. When they have to contract a carrier, nothing but problems. Had worst luck with rest of shower order. Don’t even ask about the shower doors.

Really happy with the quality

I'm surprised at how sturdy this shower pan is for the price. It feels very solid and went in perfectly level. It's draining very well. I like the textured floor. I was concerned about how low the threshold is, but no water is coming out during showers. I'm very happy with this product!

I found this base for a great price on Wayfair. Home Improvement stores had the same base for 20% more. I love that it's black. Goes great with my mosaic floor & outlandish yellow tile. Why be typical? Go bold. It's sturdy & will last a long time.

Two parts came cracked. I've had it for a few days. It's pretty, but I'm disappointed that the base won't fully drain; there are 5 puddles, 4-5 inches in diameter, left after my morning shower; they don't dry by evening so I expect I'll get calcium build-up in those areas. The floor is slippery so get traction strips.

This pan has a small leap on both side so installation of shower door will be on the in edge of the pan instead of outside edge so in short 32 inch wide will be reduced to 29 or 30 inch. I have checked so many shower pan from different companies and none has that kind of leap on front. All other shower pan have streight edge on front so very easy to install shower door. Wish I had knew before installation but I found out after

The Only Shower Base I Will Install

This is an excellent shower base. The one I use every time. The finish is nice and glossy yet the grip pattern on the floor is easy to clean with a sponge yet gives a person plenty of traction. The low profile design makes this the next best alternative for someone who needs a curbless shower. The step into the shower is only 3". Lastly, the fiberglass backing on this makes the base very sturdy and strong, much better than anything not reinforced with fiberglass.

Remodeling shower

We recently purchased small condo and wanted to upgrade 32x32 shower. This is largest standard size shower pan without need for customization. The footprint is the same as standard bathtub. It is well built fiberglass.

We replaced a tub with a shower in our guest bath. We wanted it to look like a powder room so we did a black sparsely veined marble wall and a black glass shower divider. This shower pan worked out great in giving us the look we wanted to accomplish. It was much easier than trying to create a shower totally from scratch. We get so many compliments on the design. Most people initially think it’s a powder room but once they realize the shower they really love and appreciate the sleek, minimal design.

Excellent quality.

Some people have complained that the drain is not centered exactly. My base is a replacement, so the drain was already in and didn't line up with the new drain hole. My plumber moved the drain a few inches to accommodate this pan in about 10 minutes. Shouldn't be a big deal in most cases.

Nice base but touchy.

The base looks nice and is really solid. You need to be careful since the edge around the bottom base is flat and if you don't get the base perfectly level you will get water accumulation along the lip. Also it can develop hair line cracks around the drain since you can't get good support under that area if you leave a small buffer around the drain pipe.
