Rod for drain stopper broke on initial installation by plumber. Moen sent new one. You can tell by the feel of this part that it could easily break again due to the heavy resistance pulling drain stopper closed. Fortunately don’t use this feature.

Poorly made

A year into owning 2 of these faucets and both pop-up handles have come off. There is no easy way to re-attach. Tried directly contacting Moen multiple times- no response. How are you supposed fill the sink when the handle keeps coming off?

There was a scratch on one of the handles and I had to have installer back to fix mesh where water comes out because it was dripping. This is not your fault but the stopper handle wouldn't fit on the back so they had to put in a pop up one. They got a Kohler instead of a Moen and the color isn't exactly the same. I was very disappointed in that.

Cheap junk

I have four of these installed in my new house that is just about a year old. In the first fourteen months, two of the lift rods have broken at the curved handle. Moen sent me the parts, but after trying for a couple hours, I have determined that I do not have the dexterity to fix push the rod up through the hole, while simultaneously screwing in the new handle assembly thingy. It is definitely a two-person job, or requires someone with X-ray vision, four foot arms the width of broom sticks, with super-human coordination. In other words, I need to hire a licensed plumber....

We selected this Moen Glyde model in all our 5 bathrooms, the brushed nickel in our powder room and the matte black in the other 4 bathrooms and

I haven't had them installed yet; but, when I opened the product it looks like a very expensive faucet. It is very heavy; so, feels like it as well. This is the perfect size for a very large sink I purchased. I am pleased with my choice.

I bought two sets of this faucet for my newly remodeled bathroom and love them. They dont water spot and clean up beautifully. They look very modern and my installer said they add some shine. He loved them and so do I. I definitely would buy them again.

Easy to install and it looks just as pictured on website

Beautiful, sleek and very sturdy faucet and handles. Love the look!! I replaced old Moen faucet with this Moen faucet and didn't need to purchase a new wide set attachment for under the sink. My husband didn't have any problems replacing these items. I bought 2 since I have a Jack and Jill bathroom for kids. Definite Buy!
