I received the table delivered to me today. I set it up and was amazed at how beautiful the table is. Installing the table was fairly simple and just required a few screws. The only thing that you will need to do is have someone else with you so you can flip the table over. So far, I’m happy with my order.

Even though delivery wasnt made to my door I managed to assemble but its so geavy it took two people to stand it up. Easy to put together will last a long time.

Table chipping and cracking

Our table was delivered 1/26. It’s chipping and cracking. We have barely used it. And, frankly, even if we used it daily for everyday dining it should not be cracking and chipping with 60 days worth of use. I want my money back.

Bad quality and horrible customer service experience

I eagerly awaited for this table to arrive and was very excited to have it in our new home. However, the quality did not meet my expectation for the price of this item what so ever. It arrived and had tiny scratches all over the top of it that was noticeable when the sunlight hit it. When paying $1400 plus $100 delivery, I had higher expectations for this item. I tried to contact customer service for weeks with no response, finally I received an email back and they said to return the item I will be charged a 25% restocking fee, which is over $350! To return a table that arrived scratched, that didn't even get used! Do not purchase this table, and I would be weary to purchase large items from this company. I am so disappointed, not only with this table but the overall experience that this company has put me through. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This process has been a complete headache and a waste of money. Be cautious.

Received with scratches all over the top

I was so excited about this table and eagerly waited for its arrival for our new home. It was easy to put together, and it looks decent. However, the quality does not at all reflect the price of this table whatsoever! I am so disappointed with this purchase, we have not even eaten on it once or used it at all and whenever the sunlight hits the table there are tiny little scratches ALL over the top of it! It looks horrible! When paying this amount for a table with $100 delivery fee this should not be the case. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times with no answer. I then sent an email after trying to get in touch by phone for over a week, different days and times of day. I got an email back a couple days later saying that returns could not be processed until after April 19th and that I will be receiving further return instruction after that date. On April 20th I got an email stating that I will be charged 25% restocking fee in order to return this item, which is over $300! I have again been attempting to call the company with no luck. I am so disappointed and so upset, not only with the table itself but with the customer service of this company. If you aren't going to sell quality furniture to meet the price of your product then at least provide decent customer service to offset the inconvenience of receiving a low quality damaged item.

Love this table, looks very luxurious. Great to use in a with a sectional that reclines, perfect size!

I don't usually buy items this expensive on line without seeing, touching, etc. Turns out to be fabulous in our space...Had guests over and they thought it was a stunningly beautiful addition to our design.

Love the clean, simple, elegant look of this table. The color has less red in it than the photo, the walnut is more brown, but very nice. Looks great.

It doesn’t look as nice in person as it did in pictures.

i read a couple of reviews about how great the quality was and how it looked expensive. it does not look expensive. disappointed how much i paid for the table given it's quality and design. it's just ok and now i'm stuck with it.
