Great Rug - exactly as described

I have been looking for a new rug for months. I have ordered four other rugs from different companies and have had to send them all back. The colors, in person, just did not match up to what you were seeing in the pictures. This one I ordered from Rugs Direct was exactly as pictured and described. It is a great rug and I am very pleased.

Great for Apartments

I live in a small apartment, and this rug is the perfect size for my living room. It adds a lot of character without overwhelming the space. The neutral colors are versatile and go well with my furniture. It's also easy to vacuum, which is important in a small space.

Where’s the refund?

Color of rugs were very different than in the pictures. It has been a month since I returned all the rugs and I still have not received a refund.

Beautifully rich and oh so cozy!

Gorgeous…. but

Rug is absolutely everything g I was looking for in color and how it feels. But, strings and more strings keep coming out. Like foot long white strings. I’m getting worried to vacuum because it seems like these king strings are the “inner” makings of the rug. I understand with a new rug loose strings will pop up here and there. But these are significant

Nice but Could Be Better

The rig itself is very nice and true to color shown on the site. However it was shipped with vey little protection on the ends. So after a couple weeks I am still trying to get the edges to lay flat with carpet tape, books, etc. Unfortunately not there yet….

Wonderful experience

I was immediately attracted to this rug online it wasn’t a set pattern and more muted tones that would go with most anything I have some pattern in my chair so I did not want a pattern rug the colors are pretty true to the picture love it very soft to the touch and at a great price my home is not completed yet but I know it will look wonderful with my other design choices. Also it was a good experience working with incredible rugs great prices good service and they do come quick very satisfied with by from them again!

Thin But Stylish

This rug is definitely on the thinner side, which is something to keep in mind. I would recommend getting a rug pad to add some extra cushioning. That being said, I love the design and the way it looks in my bedroom. It's also easy to clean, which is a plus.

High Density Quality Area Rug

I bought these area rugs over 4 years ago and they still look good in my family room. I love the faded, vintage look which doesn't show much wear and tear, even with two large dogs. I ended up buying the exact same rug for my dining room and entrance way, received many compliments.

Outstanding Product and Service

This rug is absolutely beautiful. The colors online were gorgeous yet in-person there was another whole wow factor. Elegant, and such a unique blend of color. There were a few loose threads that got caught in the vacuum cleaner which frayed a portion of the border. I called, sent images, and their service from start to finish, when the replacement rug arrived was prompt, professional, and so respectful. Sheds horrible ....poor workmanship in weaving!

This rug sheds badly and the fibers are constantly pulling out. The rug seems to have not been woven properly or it is rotten.
