Ordered 4 of these. All 4 had the same manufacturing defect on them embedded in the Crystal in the same place. Now I’m waiting for some Resolution team to contact me to send them back. Wayfair’s quality and customer service has really gone down over the last few years. I’m seriously considering not purchasing anything from them in the future.
