Excellent choice. Tighter weave than some other rope hammocks, but still enough openings that it dries better than a fabric surface hammock. It seems to be very well constructed. I've had it for over a month.
Longest lasting hammock I have owned.
My unknown brand hammock stand is from the late 1980's. It's ugly but the old heavy steel polls still hold 200 lb of me. Over the years the stand has seen many hammocks attached to it. The quality of them going down more and more. No matter how well I took care of the hammocks I was only getting 2 years out of them. They would not last so I stopped taking care of them and just purchased a new one every year.
Comfortable & great quality
I decided on this hammock based on other reviews and it’s been great. At first it didn’t quite fit our hammock stand so I had to use chain to extend the length, but after a few days it stretched out enough to fit perfectly. It’s been through a few rain storms and dries faster than my old rope hammock. The fabric of the rope is soft and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!
Wonderful hammock
I've had every type of hammock imaginable - white rope, fabric, waterproof fabric. This is by far and away the best of them all. It doesn't flip in the winter like the generic ones do. It doesn't give you lines in your back, or have your foot fall through like the thicker white rope ones do. It is so comfortable! I thought the color was more tan from the photos, but it's a beautiful chocolate brown color. The rope is so soft and the weave is much tighter than the thicker white rope hammocks (I guess because the rope is thinner), that noshes it the perfect hammock!
Excellent
Absolutely comfortable. Great value for the price. Too soon to judge its durability and life. Just received it today and put it up. It is so comfortable and affordable, if I only get a couple of seasons out of it. It would be worth it.
I'm taller than most hammocks are long, but this one accommodates my height. Most rope hammocks have large holes in the netting, that elbows and fingers can easily poke through. The mesh of this hammock is small enough to keep all my body parts contained, yet large enough to be cushiony. It's made of polyester instead of cotton, so it should last longer outside in the elements, where it'll be most of the time. The brown color blends in the foliage where we have it, so it's not an eye-sore when we gaze out into our woodsy back yard, as a white or brightly colored one would be.

Overall good product but The product description is a little incorrect. This is not green but brown. I also could not find the width in the description but the 13ft was accurate. Packed well and shipped easy, not too heavy. Be sure to get any chains or attachments to the frame as it doesn't come with any.
We keep coming back for this one.
This is our third one. Each lasts about 5 years. Extremely comfortable. Strong enough to hold two average size adults.
Time will tell but so far very good
Since we bought this in winter we just tried it for size and fit and wrapped it up until spring, so I can’t talk about durability. It does fit our 14 ft stand without an extension chain, in fact we had to remove it because with the chain I would sink to the ground completely. It looks funny in that it looks completely horizontal and high when empty, but as soon as you put weight in it it attest he’s out a lot. Sooooo confortable though! Much more comfortable than regular rope hammocks.
Great hammock!
This hammock was great. Really liked the tight weave and it was incredibly soft. Unfortunately, it was too big for my stand and I had to return it. Hoping the smaller one I am ordering is as nice.

This is a pretty hammock and I was excited when we pulled it out of the box however it is not comfortable. For some reason we can't lay it in with out it wobbling all over. Defeats the purpose of relaxation.

Was far better than expected. So soft and comfortable to enjoy total relaxation. Sorry I didn’t get sooner
Came earlier than indicated to enjoy extra weekend of use.
Wooden support bars cracking
I bought this for my husband as a combined Father's Day/Birthday present. I gave it to him on June 18th and he started using it right away. It is a beautiful hammock and very soft and comfortable. He is the only one who lays in it and he does not exceed the weight limit, but by the end of July the wooden support bars started cracking. The paint on the bars is also chipping. We do leave the hammock outside, but being a hammock it would be made to withstand the weather.
Soft yet firm, but tied incorrectly for a polyester hammock
After several decades, we have learned a few things about our hammock preferences. No more cotton ropes for us. They stretch too much. That leaves us with nylon or polyester. This hammock is soft and giving but not at the expense of firmness. The tight weave gives support and air flow without the development of large gaps. It is wider than I prefer for a single person hammock, but the width allows me to sit sideways with full support. My only complaint, typical of polyester hammocks, is that they tie them the same as high stretch cotton hammocks. With low stretch polyester, the center section becomes taut well before the sides and tends to pitch you toward the edge when you move off center. My solution has been to retie these hammocks by progressively shortening the ropes toward the sides by a couple inches (see photo). This creates a bed that is more uniformly taut. WOW! What a difference.
So Comfortable
I had a quilted hammock and was not sure I would like the rope but I trusted the reviews and am so glad I did. It is very soft and a tight enough weave that your toes don't poke through the netting. Very nice... I use it on my deck to sun tan. That with a big outdoor fan blowing...gotta love it!
Strong, soft and beautiful
The rope stands up to the weather and allows for a nice cool breeze. It is not abbrasive like some rope hammocks. Classy looking. Can easily hold two people. We got a double pillow to make it even more relaxing.
Exactly what I was looking for!
We got this to replace an old hammock made from seatbelt-like straps. We love this!! The weave is tight enough that you don't get your toes stuck, but plenty loose to allow for excellent air circulation. The weight rating is enough for 2 average adults or a whole heap of cousins. I'm not sure what the strings are made of, but it dries quickly and is very soft to the touch.
