Comfortable in the hand elegant style

We love these cabinet handles (bar pulls) for several reasons: they're easy to grasp due to their length, they feel comfortable in the hand since the edges are rounded, they're easy to wipe, and they're stylish in a simple, elegant way.

Most of us buy new handles to spruce up an area and make it look nice. These handles do that. They are a nice subdued gold color. Screws are just plain silver metal. This does not complete the look well as the screws are visible each time you open the cabinet. Will probably try to find some screws that match and replace these. After you spend all the time and effort to redo, repaint, etc. it would be nice if the screw color matched the color of the handle - just had to be brass and it would have been ok. Were it not for the mismatch handle and screw colors would have given these 4 stars.

I started out with straight stainless steel bar pulls from Ikea. Once I got them home I realized how large they were. My plumber called them pocket grabbers. I went looking for a less intrusive pull, and finally spotted this one. although they are 7" long, because of the curve, they don't stick out very much, and feel smaller. Note: The included 25mm screws were too long for me. I was installing in the middle of shaker doors and the screws bottomed out. I had to jigsaw off 1/4 inch of 60 screws. I could not find 4mm x 20mm truss head screws in any local shop.
