Weathered quartz is a beautiful textured stone tile with mixed colors and shading.
Exactly what I was looking for. Something easy to install, light on my bar wall and blends with the rest of my basement! The texture is perfect and easy to clean to avoid shoe and footprints. My husband did use extra glue, we ordered 4 boxes, only needed 3 and it took him about 3 hours since he’s a
Easy to cut and install
Easy to cut and install. Chop saw works better than the recommended cutting tool. Colour is more metallic than it appears on the screen. Unfortunately the website did not provide any details on the colour so appearance was what we relied on. Otherwise, the product met our needs and then some.

Very disappointed! Did not stick to the walls and kept peeling off even after using glue. Made a huge mess on the walls! Couldn't return and had to throw all of the pieces away in the garbage.
We followed instructions, cleaned the wall, used a primer made for peel and stick tiles. The day after installing corners of various tiles started not holding . We would press them back in and they would not hold. Also some tiles would be bleached of colors. We ordered extra but they should not send you inferior matching tiles. We did two walls spent a thousand dollars. A few days later they sent us a email saying if we order more we could save up to 70% off, thanks for nothing.
LOOKS GREAT!
If you take your time, this backsplash will completely transform the look of your kitchen!+ I have no previous experience but used the tools pictured to complete the project. We have textured walls and used construction adhesive around the edges of each piece installed. This saved time and the mess of filling and sanding the walls. For small gaps between pieces, I smeared in gray caulk and then wiped off the excess with a damp rag - works extremely well. This is a very nice product and if you take your time it is easy to get a professional looking installation!
Easy way to improve a kitchen
These are easy to apply as they easily stick to the wall. Make sure to alter the vertical lines as you work to make it look more authentic. They are a bit hard to trim the few times I needed to. but they can be trimmed. It's an easy inexpensive back splash and I only did one kitchen wall above my counter top and it made an impressive improvement
Great product! We just completed a major renovation and update to the entire first floor of our home. The downstairs half bath/powder room was the final part of that renovation. I included before and after pics. We wanted to upgrade everything in the house from cheep builder's grade to custom. In the powder room, we replaced/upgraded the toilet and I custom built a new vanity to replace the old porcelain sink that was leaking. We also decided to cover the entire back wall with Aspect's Weathered Quartz. As you can see, the weathered quarts adds a dramatic effect to the room that really takes it to another level. About the installation... Since I have textured wall and after reading multiple reviews with complaints about panels coming loose and pulling away from wall surfaces, I elected to use construction adhesive right from the start. The project was amazingly simple and straight forward. I started by installing the base moulding and ensuring it was level all the way across the back wall. With a clear level line established, I was able to install the first course of panels without any issues. I used my table saw to cut pieces to length at the end of each run and I cut half pieces and staggered each run. I also used shears and hole saw bits for holes to make openings in the quartz panels for plumbing and electrical cutouts. The final top course/run was scored to the ceiling and I used a Dremel tool with a cutter wheel for a perfect fit. The wall has been up for just over a month and all panels remain solidly in position. Tips: Aspect has two helpful Youtube videos that will provide some useful installation tips and information. Do use quality construction adhesive for your project; you will be happy you did. Follow Aspect's video tips for applying adhesive to the back of each panel. When you apply the panel to the wall, take your time and ensure ALL trapped air is pressed out and the entire panel is solidly adhered to the wall. Mark your cut and factory edges on the white backing material applied to the back of each panel. This will help you to ensure that factory edges are always mated together and cut edges are up against the wall. The black sticky surface is very tacky. So be sure not to apply any pressure until you are sure you have a tight fit against the previously applied pieces and gaps are eliminated. If you use construction adhesive, you will not have any problems with panels pulling or falling away from the wall surface. With that in mind, I highly recommend this product!

Very versatile and easy to work with.
Love aspect products! I have used these for several projects and this was a great solution to my pool house update. I added extra glue (even though the adhesive is superb) because it was going to be outdoor. Then I sealed it with clear flex stone spray to protect it. Very happy with the end result. I have also used some of their mother of pearl peel and stick and metal peep and stick. I really like the fact that it cuts fairly easy and can be customized to fil odd angles and shapes. I also like the fact that there are many choices and colors.
Excellent stone finish technology
We ordered this tile after doing a huge amount of research on backsplash items for our kitchen. We bought it because of the price as we still did not install the tile yet. It is easy to install and the installation videos are great. This tile looks first class and has a very strong adhesive backing, so make sure you watch the videos on installation because once it,s up it,s hard to come off. they suggest a heat gun to remove. Great tile!
Don't be intimidated, you'll love it!!
WOW, this product is amazing!! I wanted something to put on my stair risers for added color and to put an end to those annoying sneaker marks. Just as accurate taping is imperative to successful painting, accurate cutting is the key when using these tiles. With proper measurements and clean cuts with straight snips (the lengthy part of the project), these tiles went up in a snap. I measured and cut for each stair individually and that really saved waste because some stairs were just slightly different than the rest. Who knew?! It was helpful to start at the top and work my way down, leaning the tiles on each stair, so that I could easily see what I've done and create a pattern. I absolutely love the texture of the slate and the color variation. It really tied my hallway colors together and took the cold, empty feel away. Bonus! My house echoes big time and these tiles have really helped to dampen the echos. I was surprised at how flexible the tiles are and how nicely they cut. I was also surprised at how much they DON'T chip and flake. Huge plus for my application. By the way, this adhesive is no joke. I didn't end up using the contractor glue that I purchased. There was seriously no need. I wasted one small piece because I needed to notch out a corner to fit the stair moulding, and I realized that I was trying to make an intricate cut on a thick variation in the slate. I then chose a thinner piece of slate to work that cut and it came out great!! I am SO glad that I got extra so that I can add pops of the tile here and there. I am just thrilled with this product.
Doing an update in my kitchen and WOW! This product went over and above expectations! No additional glue was need as mentioned in some of the reviews. We used every tile from 2 boxes ordered. Installing was a breeze! The job was completed in about 4 hours. I will say that kitchen scissors or utility knife wont work. Based on other reviews, my husband purchased heavy duty scissors from some box store for this project. He did attempt using knife 1st, but blade was dull after 2 cuts.

The Aspect "frosted quartz" product as a backsplash in our kitchen is fabulous. The three dimensional look of it gets great comments. A few things on installation.... Not quite as easy as the Aspect You Tube shows. A regular scissors absolutely will not cut the thicker parts of the quartz sheets. You need a heavy duty materials scissors like my Craftsman. I also found a box cutter type knife was almost impossible to use as a cutting tool. A sharp chisel definitely is required when cutting interior holes for outlets. If you want to make a length wise long cut of a piece you will have a difficult time with a heavy duty scissors since the cut will naturally be somewhat wavy and will not match up really well with the factory straight edge you are butting up against. For those cuts a table saw would be better but if you plan the job and buy enough backsplash you may be able to avoid long cuts. I also used the recommended construction adhesive just to be extra sure of the sticking ability. Very happy with this Aspect product.

1. Ease of installation: This took me part of 3 days (18 hours?) and it was a work zone but worth the outcome. Easier than cutting tile, harder than wall paper. Measure twice. Cut once. Ok, some pieces required creativity and more than one cut. It takes a little practice and new aviator snips (straight tin snips). Cuts like you imagine cutting thin rock would be like. Not easy, not impossible. Prep was a simple wipe down of the wall. 2. Does it stick? YES! Absolutely! YES! But being who I am, I also used contractor grade liquid nails in my caulk gun. Easier because it gives you a thin pad of itty bitty movement. However, once tamped down, don't even think of trying to move. I had one medium piece to remove and was in full sweat when done. You cannot reuse any torn off piece (you will likely get previous paint too). Don't delay! 3. LOOK: I think this is gorgeous! No one I know has anything like it. This plays well with my granite countertop as well as light gray flooring and my almond and white cabinets. The color is true to the product picture. 4. Value: Overall, I think this is great value for the look. It's different and gives my kitchen a quiet, calm feeling.
This product seemed so cool the minute I saw it and ended up even better than planned! The photo looks very realistic and the finished product comes out just as good if not better. These are stick on tiles and the face of the tile is actual stone, or at least it certainly feels and looks like it to me. I am a DIY person so I bought a few strips of this and started to frame out a very basic mirror in my powder room. It came out amazingly well. I would definitely buy this again for another project… And actually if I could find a very small accent wall, I would definitely choose to do that. It’s an excellent product and so far it seems like it will stick for good. The price is a little limiting but that is the only downside of this.

This is beautiful. I would buy it again. Some say it’s paper thin and junk but it’s definitely not. You do have to work patiently with it when cutting but I used snips and a chisel to cut it. One thing nobody has ever mentioned was about the light sockets and switches. You have to unscrew them from the wall and put the stone behind the tabs ( don’t cover up the screw holes ) or else the socket will be set back and the cover won’t fit right. Also I put a sealer on mine. It will darken the stone colors a lot. Before sealing it has copper, stainless steel and mixture of browns. After sealing the copper really stands out with more brownish and deep stainless/gray. It is still beautiful. I have no regrets buying it. I bought the Tarnished Quartz.

This product is a very thin layer of real stone and polymers with an adhesive backing. We got a few samples to see which one we will order for our kitchen backsplash. This one is really nice with a varied depth surface that I like, but I do wish all these Aspect products were a thicker layer of stone for the price of *** for each individual 6 x 24" tile. This one has a LOT of mice chips that look like glitter, so if you don't want that much bling, try the mossy quartz. The glitter is less noticeboard under the cabinets and only becomes apparent when the light hits it a certain way. Corners are brittle so care is needed in handling and we probably will also use some construction glue during the install on these corners especially. Cool product, great look, but very pricey.
