It worked for my application.

I bought this 3 years ago for my barn roof. It lasted without anything over it in the sun, rain, tree debris, and wind! This stuff is well worth the money! This time around, it's getting covered with metal roofing! Thank you for such a durable product!

This product is amazing. The only reason for four stars is because the backing is not split down the middle like the GAF Liberty products are. If the backing was able to be split it would install so much faster and eaier, but it is still a great product and looks awesome!

The most difficult part of my roof project.

Whoever said "easier than tar paper" definitely installed this wrong. It's very difficult to install this perfectly flat and perfectly straight without any wrinkles. If this is important to you, find a friend or hire a neighborhood kid to help press it down as you slowly and carefully remove the backing inch by inch. Fortunately the product will still work with a small wrinkle. Although Grace doesn't approve this, I also used strips of it to seal around the metal edges of a sewer vent flashing in case water gets around it.

I think it works ok, no water has gotten in while waiting for shingles. But tar is leaking between the roof boards onto my concrete pad.

We love this underlayment overall. It is a bit hard to install and DOES NOT have the rip-cord that Grace is known for. Getting this underlayment down flat and smooth is difficult for most. The waste factor also needs to be considered. We average about 1/3rd waste factor, which adds up. However, once it is down, it is a great product.

This is an awesome product. I used it two years ago and it has proven to be what the company said it would be. I bought another roll to redo the roof on a chicken cope, this year. Don't have to worry about the roof leaking.
