Great product with amazing warranty

The magnetic handle is awesome. Although the installation is harder than I expected but it turn out really well.

Solid shower set

Good combination pack for a new shower set up with high end appearing finish and solid features

Moen cannot include a slip on adapter.

Whenever a company cannot include a slip on adapter preventing a most common installation, I will rate it one star.

Looks are where it ends

Looks beautiful but product was defective. Would not stop leaking from multiple fittings no matter how loose or tight.

3+ years and still doing great

We too were surprised to find a lot of plastic in the unit itself - but 3-1/2 years later, it's still a great shower head and handle in our shower. The contractor that did our renovation shook his head at it, but we weren't paying $700+ for a shower head then the matching sinks/hardware being another $600 between them. We rolled the dice and have had great luck. Just bought Graeden sink faucets for our third bathroom renovation and will buy this shower head when we get to that part. All the shower heads we looked at, from all the manufacturers, were the same material. No full-metal in any of them in Lowes or HD, so that seems to be the direction that the every-day homeowner will find.

Love the magnet and the handle to switch heads.

I love the magnet, wish the whole thing (both Heads) could be turned downward instead of outward. it splashes outside my doorway.

BUY IT FOR LOOKS, CAUSE ITS JUST PLASTIC

Honestly, this is just pathetic....MOEN, a top teir brand.....Yeah right.....the whole tub faucet, and black cover over the valve are PLASTIC. I bought this, and left it at the house for a plumber to install while I was out, only to come home and find out the whole thing is completely crap. "MOEN, BUY IT FOR LOOKS CAUSE ITS JUST PLASTIC". DIdint realize I had to rip open the box at the store and individually inspect moen products to see where they are cutting corners. I want a complete refund for this piece of junk, and should have lowes pay the 300$ plumber bill to, cause now that will have to be done again cause God only knows how crapy the valve assembly in the wall is....You cant even see that part.....

The shower head leaks. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

Seems ok; some major parts are plastic not metal.

I like how this product looks, so far it seems ok but I think consumers should be aware before they buy it that some of the major parts are plastic not metal. Example : The faucet fixture is plastic.

Great for color themed bathrooms, and useful.

I like the finish on it and it works good with well water.

Cartridge needs replaced after 6 months

Installed this in February - wasn't happy with water pressure at all. People say to remove the flow restrictor - I'm not sure how to do that. Anyway, last night water wouldn't stop dripping out of the faucet. 5 gallons worth in a little over an hour. Took it apart and what looks like a little metal tab fell out of the cartridge. Ridiculous to have to replace a cartridge in 6 months. I will never buy Moen again.

Fantastic set

Just installed our new faucet during a bathroom remodel. Love the style and operation of it.

Looks good but slow flow

Not sure if I can remove the flow restrictor but after using for two days I agree with many other reviews that state pressure is low. Will replace the head and absorb the $200 loss

Why does it stick out so far?

Love the look of this, but why is there such a large gap between the handle and plate? Is there something wrong with the install? I see no other photos that look this bad.

Be careful purchasing Moen products.

It did not come with the faucet valve AND when I had to go back to Lowe’s, we opened another box only to find Moen’s does not provide one. Buy it for life - right. Further, I had to purchase the faucet valve and there was no O-ring which resulted in a leak thru the wall and flooding my hardwoods

Good: the magnet handheld is awesome and easy, the different sprayer settings are useful, one valve to control temp and flow is convenient, the spot resist finish always keeps it looking clean

Not the best design for the handheld unit.

It looks nice and pretty easy to install, however the stub out for the shower head is too short so the wall gets in the way of the magnetic handheld shower head. The whole unit has to be tilted up to allow for the unit to fit.

PLASTIC that LEAKS

Should have purchased the shower head separate from the valve! Once the valve is in, you can't return this CHEAP PLASTIC showerhead / tub spout. BOTH are PLASTIC. All that said, it looks good, but I can't stop water from seeping out the joints, no matter how much plumbers tape I used. Would go elsewhere, or purchase this item SEPARATELY and purchase METAL parts only.

Be wary!

The faucet was okay for the price point. My issue was it was only available as an ordered product so had to wait to get it and it was missing parts and definitely been opened before. Nothing packaged from a manufacturer. My local Lowe’s had nothing to do with that. Lowe’s shipping DOBETTER

The hardware is plastic, except the handle.

I like the option to use both shower together or separately. It did not come with a drain, plug or overflow cap.
