Nice shower head and hose.

Simple, nice, elegant, shower head. Good flow even in California. Very easy to install, but you need the right size wrench 17mm. Would be nice if a simple stamped one was included.

Perfect replacement for my 12 year old shower wand

My old Hand Grohe unit seals gave out on the rotating head. This was a direct upgrade replacement. I did not have to change the hose even though a new one was supplied. I love the push toggle that changes the water pattern.

Consistent staining

I never got to use this exact model, but I had a shower head from the same line previously and really liked it. Not sure if the quality is different but both shower heads I received had this weird staining that would not come off. I thought the first one was used but now that the second has the same thing I'm not sure what it is. Not exactly the quality I'm looking for at $200

I was not sure I would like the modern low flow shower head required by law in my state. This unit surpasses my expectations. It is much better than the old higher flow brand X unit it replaced. My favorite is the gentle rain mode, but the other two modes are quite useful.

I loved this product... until it broke less than three months after I purchased it. During those two-and-a-half months, it only underwent very normal usage. Less than normal, in fact, because I almost never use the hand-held feature. 95% of the time it just sits there in its cradle. However tonight it suddenly separated under pressure, spraying water everywhere and detaching from the hose with a fairly violent separation. There is a rubber seal inside which had torn apart. Not an o-ring, but a rubber seal which holds it together. When it tore, the hose shot out. It cannot be fixed.
