great pressure
Fantastic!
I’m sorry I didn’t install the HydroRail long ago! The shower head is powerful yet gentle, and the handheld unit is convenient & also works well as the main shower head for my young grand child. Switching from the overhead to the handheld unit is smooth & easy, as is adjusting the height of the handheld unit on the column. Highly recommend.

This product (K-76472-G-CP) works very well—far better than the Kohler VES Handshower (K-21048-CP) that we'd initially purchased. If you can accept the cost, you'll be pleased with the performance.
I absolutely love this shower combo! It comes in handy for bathing my dogs!
Great product
Had my walk-in shower for a week now and couldn't be happier with the hydro rail. Top shower head is great with plenty of pressure and the lower handheld is great for rinsing off. Easy to switch from one to the other. Very nice experience . No complaints so far.
Works well and is attractive
not even 9 month since installed and gasket on round shower head is leaking. There is no way to replace it. Whole head must be replaced.

Our bathroom remodel wasn’t complete until we were finally able to install this Kohler shower unit. Each of the shower heads have adjustable settings which makes it more personalized when showering. The hand held segment can also be adjusted on the vertical bar for height to accommodate each individual, additionally being a removable hand held. Love it!

Looks and works great
Spent over $500 and we are very disappointed. The problem is poor water pressure from the main showerhead.
I purchased this product in June 2022 and it was installed by professional plumbers on June 20. I called Kohler customer service and they recommended the "alternative" showerhead (2.5 GPM) instead of 1.75 GPM. So I ordered K-72773-CP to replace the showerhead that came with the Hdyrorail kit/system (K-72774-G-CP. Unfortunately, it made no difference.
Shower turn off on “error”
Electronics go bad, turn off on you while you are in the shower and then you have to call a tech to come fix it. Never buy a shower that doesn’t have a good old fashioned valve technology.

It’s not installed yet but came in time and it looks very nice. Ordered satin nickel.
Looks great in our remodel and so far works great. Had a plumber put it in since we had to have all new plumbing done anyways for the shower.
