Great upgrade to our shower - feels like a spa now!

Perfect for my guest bath remodel. Like that it looks upscale but also love the detachable shower head feature for bathing little ones and my dogs.

Just a good thorough shower with a lot of force. Flexible configuration so you can make it look and feel the way you want.

Faulty features

I chose Kohler for the company’s reputation for having quality products so I was disappointed that some of the pieces are plastic, not metal as advertised. I bought this shower head/hose combo for the hose feature. Unfortunately there is no way to turn the water off from the main shower head so the hose cannot be utilized alone. The “off” setting for the hose doesn’t actually turn the hose water off. There is a constant dribble of leaking water even after attempting to tighten the connections and apply plumber’s tape. Since the settings are not able to be adjusted to utilize the shower head and hose independently of each other, the water pressure is very weak. Would not recommend this product.

Very nice and I love it

Good quality appearance. Poor water flow. 2.5 GPM only possible if using only one of the dual shower heads. Kohler Customer Service is being responsive to address the issue. Jury still out if it gets resolved.

Diverter knob issue

The diverter knob is extremely difficult to turn. Can only rotate with something to grip the knob, but never bare handed. Either design or manufacturing process is flawed. Purchased a year ago, not sure if issue is corrected. Check before buying - beware!

Looks beautiful in my shower and has 3 different settings for each head.

Really like this unit, although I have yet to find the "pause" feature which is the reason that I bought it. No matter how many times I twirl that knob, it never pauses. UPDATE: I called Wayfair and Kohler to find out how to pause the shower. They both insisted it was the knob that chooses which shower head is delivering water. I accidentally found the pause feature on the handheld unit when I rotated the spray setting two clicks clockwise!

Professionally installed, plumber tape used, water leaks from parts not associated with fittings. Low quality product.

Very disappointing. I looked at a lot of them online it seemed like it would be awesome first the box look like it had been open but I thought everything looked okay and then no matter what I did I cannot get it to stop leaking right where it goes on to the spout on the wall and I've never had that trouble before. probably why why it was returned before. Even if it didn't leak you're supposed to be able to rotate the heads but if you rotate the heads the whole thing rotates. poor quality

It was very easy to install. The double spray is definitely better than what we had before. When you stand under it it definitely gives you that spa like rain shower feeling when you stand under it. The magnet is super strong but yet easy to release when you have to use the single spray to wash hard to reach places. The reason I gave it a four is because the knob in the middle is hard to turn when you switch from single to double. Plus I wish both sprayer were a little well slot stronger when they are both on together. But maybe it might be because of our personal water pressure.
