Missing hardware
Ordered this as a part of the shower system in chrome, and the looks are great! The quality is ok-ish. The parts were missing on my shower necessary for installation and the contractor had to go and get them separately. The description of the product says that all parts necessary for installation are included, so I received a defected product.

We installed this fixture in our shower during our recent remodel. Very easy to install, sleek look and gold quality. We especially enjoy the spray mode changing function which is a spring loaded switch rather than rotational. Kid and Elderly friendly product!

Used this set when redoing a bathroom shower. Wanted a reasonably affordable set that would look great too. This matched the existing sink hardware well and so far I'm very satisfied.
Good shower head, came with two different finishes
We ordered this for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, the shower head came in a different finish from the hose and the pole. It was too late to return the product, so I am stuck spending more money on a new shower head to match the rest of the set.
Nice product, but . . .
it is not 30 inches, as per the specs sheet. One main reason I bought this was to replace an existing shower slide bar, using the existing holes in the tile. The installation specs sheet shows these holes as 30 inches apart. They are not. I was not happy. I would think the shower head is a bit heavy for the slide bar, but after a month's use there is no issue. Finish is very nice.
