Pile/Height of the rug is not correct

I have photos of this rug which I purchased in a 2x3 for a small half bath. I currently have the "Colton" rug in that bathroom which is listed as a "low" pile 3/8-1/2". I wanted something a little lower so I went with this rug listed as "flat" 1/4" or less. I also have a very thin rug pad that the current Colton rug has always laid on. I placed this new rug on the rug pad and couldn't even begin to open and close the bathroom door. I removed the rug pad underneath and can almost open and close the door. How did I go from a low to a flat rug and it won't fit, even with removal of the rug pad. I also didn't realize this rug is basically the same top or bottom. There is nothing on the underneath side to hold it down. Two small strips on each edge but they don't do enough.

LOVE THIS RUG!

I love my new rug! It’s perfect….Soft on my feet and doesn’t shed! YAY! The brown colors are rich tones of dark brown and a deep cinnamon shade. The ivory color is perfect- not too yellow & not too white. It’s just the ideal cream color.

Wrong size sent

Ordered 7x9 and got 8x12. Label on rug correct but rug wrong. Waited 3 mo. For delivery. Had difficulty returning. Was told you did not have a replacement so I did not order another but then I got notice that replacement was ordered and charged to my card.
