I had this bookcase several years ago, and I bought it again. It is manufactured wood, but is is thick and durable, even more so if you use glue when assembling. If you order the black color, you can color in dings with a black marker. For those who move frequently , the two-cube and four-cube models are light and small enough for one person to carry up and down stairs easily. It is not fine furniture, but it looks good and I am not really settled enough to have fine furniture.

These fit my need. Easy to assemble the white dots to cover. The screw holes are in effective.

I have purchased this cube storage item elsewhere. The other piece of furniture did not come in colorsstains, nor were the instructions worthy of being printed. Per Wayfair’s quality, these units came in various wood stains and accommodated cubies one might find anywhere in the needed 10” x 10” in many patterns. Wayfair has an excellent selection, but not as broad as stores in your local area. Instructions allow for a one-person setup. You can place it as seen in the photo or tip it over to make a 3 x 2 taller storage unit. Doing so conserves floor space while giving the same cubic storage size. Shipment was speedy, and although the exterior box was damaged, Wayfair’s internal packing saved the storage unit from scratches or broken wood. If you want consistency, this unit could be purchased in multiples while varying the cube inserts in material, patterns, and or colors.

Sturdy

Closetmaid cubes are sturdy. This one is a light tan color. I like the finish.... it's not just one color. Twelve inch cubes fit in this comfortably.

It’s perfect and exactly as described!

It was pretty easy to build only took 25 minutes or so. Was missing one page of instructions but the pictures make it easy enoughto figure out. Really nice quality and pretty heavy. The color of the storage organizer was just what I was hoping for. It also came with the wall securing pieces.

Perfect for it's intended purpose.

This is nice, but not the best material, mine came broken however Got an immediate replacement to fix it. So end result not a bad buy for the money

Nice (but, with unexpected design change)

Well engineered, extremely well fitting and easy to assemble. Since my last purchase of these cube organizers (2 ea. 4-cube and 1 ea. 6-cube), the manufacturer has added a cardboard-like backing, which I did not use, and has reduced the depth of the unit by at least one inch. This change in depth was not a problem in my application, but if someone needed to match up to the older version side by side, it definitely would be a problem.

Sturdy shelving unit and looks nice in the space

Best quality!! Love these! My husband and I can actually consider having to move and not hire a moving company. These are light enough, but solid!

Absolutely love it! It’s so much bigger than expected which is fine because I needed the storage. It fits nicely for what I needed it for and am excited about it! Is very sturdy and holds alot of weight. It looks esthetic in my space and am sure it would in yours too!

It’s such a game of change when ordering these online, however these shelves are legit. They are sturdy and durable to stand up to the business of our playroom. I like the antiqued white color, as well.

Highly recommend not ordering the black version. Returned 3 bookcases then decided on a full refund due to vinyl finishing defects and damaged panels in 2 different orders and improper hole measurement in 1 order.
