Missing parts

The assembly is not clear… attachment of anchor bolts are not suitable for wood frame structure, mostly for masonry walls,

Will fade to purple

Quality is good i had same brackets already hung from another awning fir perfect . The gray was nice and 2 months faded to purple so now i have about 10 days to return to home depot for there 90 day policy . More time out of my schedule going to try beige now

I bought the retractable awnings but to my disappointment after being installed by the professional handyman which cost me $220.00 to find out the awnings that I bought is really bad and cheap. It does not work right and it is flimsy. Disappointed with Wayfair they made good ratings but product is very bad and inferior. Will think twice if getting anymore fro you. Very dissatisfied with is awning!

I live in a gated 4-plex. They left this item outside the gate blocking the sidewalk. I am 63 years old and unable to pick this item up and move it. Called to complain, NEVER heard back.....way to go Wayfair

I would not buy this. I bought two of these and when I put them together the directions are not the best. Once I did get them together and put up they look good until I tried closing them, the metal just ripped out preventing the awning from closing. Manufacture would not replace the parts saying I installed them wrong. All I have left to say is you pay for what you get. DO NOT BUY THIS AWNING.

The quality of the nuts and bolts is sub-par, and all are in metric. Any drilling or fabrication involved in concrete will require metric drills and such. The rating would've been a 10 if they had given me a choice between selecting English or Metric hardware. But it works well and not too difficult to put together. (Get a helper, It's pretty weighty). Don't think it will withstand strong winds, as any type of awning regardless of manufacturer is not built for that.

Was fairly easy to put together and works well, only one tricky part was it doesn’t tell you how far apart to put the outer ends. So after rolling it out and back in the first time it would not retract properly. Loosened the outer brackets rolled back in then mark where they got pushed into place. Unroll and tighten. All was great.

It was easy to install. Works great and has stood up to 20+mph winds.
