Great product even better price.

At the price, I Used 6 of these to support and raise the air handler just a bit from the drain pan. These had a butyl pad at the base and top of the riser with a protective peel away backing. I was amazed at the quality of the item considering the price. They are a two piece part that can be ground internally to allow for a camber or slope adjustment while hiding the internal slip.

this looks black to me. The other on you advertise says dark grey. the one I ordered doesn't. you have to go to bottom of add to click on specs to see color.

Don't do a heat pump installation without these!

Wouldn't do a heat pump installation without these. They keep the outdoor unit above most snow lines in Indiana and high enough off the ground to keep lawn mower debris from denting the heat exchanger fins.

Sturdy; 1 riser per order

Came quickly and seem very sturdy. We wasted time wondering where the rest of our order was because we thought we were ordering two PAIRS and the order status stated "on the way" for half our order. After contacting customer service, we realized "two piece" is simply a description for how the riser was built. Who knows why half our order was supposedly still "on the way"?! If you need to replace all your risers, be sure to order four of this product. :)

adhiesive provides secure sturdiness

I had to replace my old set of risers because it looked like some rodents chewed a little home inside 3 of them. I just slid the old set of risers out and slid the new ones in after removing the paper from the adhesive strips on the top and bottom of the riser. I live in a windy area, but my unit seems to be very sturdy atop the new risers....so far so good! The supplyhouse.com team was very friendly and very helpful during my transaction. I hope this company does very well.
