Best tent I've purchased.

I have used this tent 3 times now. 2nd time out I got hit by a major downpour. Rained for about 10 hours with the fat chunky rain, you know the type and not a drop in the tent. The full rain fly is what makes this tent great. So far it's held up to pretty much everything I've through it's way.

Next weekend i will be testing it out.

First time Set up in 2.5 minutes with rain fly and not stacked. When guide lines and stakes applied should handle most tough weather. Set up in driveway couldn't stake. Easily holds a queen mattress.

I am more than pleased with this tent. I thought that I could put it up by myself, but I did need my husband‘s help. Other than that. It was a super easy set up. I love that the pools are already attached and the only thing you have to add to it is the rain fly and stake it out. It is so spacious inside and the fact that I can stand and my husband can stand upright and he is 6’1

Top notch tent

Very comfortable tent. Love the ease of setup and tear down. Loving the extra space! The storage bags are also topnotch....you dont have to push and shove the tent back into the bag. Only thing I miss are small loops or hooks to hang stuff inside the tent example.....like a clothesline corner to corner. Overall....great tent so glad I made the purchase!

Great tent

I spent almost 2 months looking for the perfect tent. I finally decided on this one. I have zero regrets!! It's the perfect size, height, easy set up/take down, and has all the features I wanted. On our first trip out this tent held up perfectly in a 12 hour thunder storm with heavy rain and very strong winds.

It keeps the rain out great!

I bought this tent with the full rain fly after having rain and wind blow up under the rain fly of my old tent while camping with my grandchildren. It was a wet night. I am happy with this tent and it did well in a 3 hr rain, but not much wind so time will tell! . I only have one suggestion. When a light wind blows into a side panel it presses the fly against the tent. Please add a loop in the middle of the side panels so it can be staked out to give airflow up under the sides . I am adding that to my tent asap.

Love Our Full Rainfly Instant Tent!!

Finally, an instant tent with a full rainfly! When set up correctly (inserting the horizontal fly rod is tricky but definitely doable), the fly will be about 3 inches from the tent, keeping everything under it dry. The full fly allowed us to keep tent windows open for airflow during rain. On good days, we rolled up the fly entrance & windows or raised the ends (with guy lines or poles) to create a canopy. The "vestibules" on either side of the door were handy for items we wanted to protect but not bring inside: flip flops, wood etc. We're both 6ft tall and can stand up inside- very roomy for 2 people. The storage net spans along one entire wall- practical for organizing lightweight items. There's a nice deep bathtub floor & the perfectly fitted footprint (optional purchase) has loops to hook into all 4 tent corners. The tent is easy to set up & everything fits into a 44" long duffel ideal for car camping. Like everyone says, invest in some steel stakes & a stake hammer that has a hook to pull them out. The design has so many the well thought out details- very glad we purchased it. Can't wait for our next trip!

The setup and breakdown of this tent is unmatched, truly makes our camping experience 100x better. The rainfly takes a few minutes with 2 people but protected us overnight from an 8 hour downpour. Also bonus - front door zippers are easy to open/close with one hand while trying to escape bugs. Love our new tent!

Great quality with easy setup

We’ve only used this once but the setup and takedown was incredibly easy and fast. Loved how we could stand up in the tent, and the mesh organizer was a nice bonus. We did get some rain but we stayed completely dry. We were so impressed with this tent, highly recommend. We had 2 twin air mattresses and 2 large dog beds, with plenty of more space to move around.

Nice Tent

I bought this tent last year and finally got to use it. When I bought the tent, I set it up in the garage and sprayed it with waterproofing twice and waxed the zippers. I took the tent camping and was rained and snowed on. The tent performed well and never leaked, even with 4 inches of wet snow on it. The tent is easy to setup and the full rainfly gives a sense of security against rain. I have not tested in hot weather, but with the door and windows unzipped, I think there is enough venting to keep things cool. Hope to get many years worth of use out of this tent.

Spacious and waterproof

Went on a four night camping trip and was rained on two of the four nights with one of the nights pouring rain. The tent did not leak. I am able to stand up in the tent to get dressed which is a plus. I’m 5’10 and had some extra room above my head for growth (fingers crossed). The set up and tear down was simple and the full rain fly was awesome !

Great tent

Nice tent. Super easy set up. Only had it in a light mist so far but stayed completely dry. Would definitely recommend.

We are quite happy with our tent purchase. We were pleased with the customer service as we were in a rush to receive the tent. It arrived just before we checked out of our accommodation!

So far so good..

Just received my core 6 person instant tent with full rain fly and wanted to do a dry run before going out. First, love the ease of setting up the main body of the tent. Fast and easy. Now with the full rain fly it takes a few minutes adjusting and hammering in the stakes but I think it’s definitely worth it knowing the rain protection it will provide. The front door vestibule the fly offers is pretty cool. Probably an extra 10-12 square feet of covered and contained area for shoes or anything dirty you don’t want in the tent. All window areas of the fly zip open for needed air flow for those summer nights. Material of main tent and fly look of great quality. Very well taped seams and double stitching for strength. Now for a couple things I did noticed on inspection. The No-se-um screen is nice but it is prone to stretching or snags. Once set up I already have 3 or 4 spots that have runs in it from factory. Time will tell on how long they will last. As for actual measurements it definitely falls short of 11x9 it says. Those measurements are from outside pole to pole. Inside you’re looking at around 10’6”x 8’6. Not a huge deal but if you’re tight on measuring things to see what fits for your liking just know it’s smaller than 11x9. Lasting repacking it isn’t that bad because of the large storage bag but the nylon strips used to tie it together are worthless. I purchased 3 nylon buckle straps and they work so much better. I will be taking it out for a few days in the rain forest of Washington State and if any issues arise I will update the review but I think it’s a great product and will work perfect.
