It met my expectation. A very light and somewhat flimsy, but that is what I had expected.. You can cut metal circular bars to your own length. I placed it against the wall in a small utility closet and tied it against the wall . If it was standing on its own, it would be too flimsy for my taste.

Great for larger shoe sizes and taller shoes

For a men's size 13, it holds 4 pairs of tennis shoes per tier. We bought 2 and stacked it 11 tiers high (it could easily go higher, but we were constrained by a soffit). Is it a little wobbly? Yes, we are careful not to handle it roughly. It is sturdy enough. For those who mention that it falls apart, I suspect that the individual poles were not completely inserted into the end piece because we didn't have that issue. This is a tidy space saver that organizes a larger shoe collection.

I love everything about this shoe rack

It's easy to assemble. I'm trying to order another one. I got it on sale last year ,and I'm trying to get it at the same price again. Even though it's plastic. I was expecting it to fall apart because I have 30 winter boots on them and other footwear. It's stable and I love it. It hold a lot, and you can stack more in between them. It was worth it!

Count parts before starting to assemble

Product seems to be fine EXCEPT while assembling it I discovered that I was missing parts - I had received 14 upright rods instead of 28 ( I know, I should have counted everything before starting to assemble it, but I didn't). I had hoped that they could just ship me the additional rods and save me the trouble of disassembling it, packing it back into the box and lugging it back to the store. But no, they'd rather I return it to the store where I picked it up and let them order me a new complete (we hope) package, which I will later go and pick up to lug back home.

Nothing special to it in my opinion and definitely expensive for the material and the way it looks. Too many pieces to click together and screw in place, but the finished product is at least sturdy. Not worth my time taking it down and returning it.

Lots of space

Takes a while to set it up. One of the plastic joining pieces broke so i had to glue it together cos i couldn't bother returning it. Once it was put together its fine. I have placed it in my closet- its quite high and i am able to store quite some pairs of shoes.

Missing parts

Shoe rack is good and sturdy and holds a lot of shoes. Just what I was looking for, however, the connectors where missing for the top shelf.
