Stopped Working after two weeks

We installed this as part of a bathroom remodel. Absolutely love the heated racks like this in Europe.

This was installed October 2021. It’s now May 2023 and I’ve noticed it’s not working as it used to. It is still heating but not as hot as it used to get. It has been left on full time, as per instructions, and turned off (rocker switch bottom left side) when we’ve gone out of town. For now, it’s still functional.

I like it, but it could be a little hotter. An automatic timed switch off would be a nice option

Great model! Bought this to replace a different brand that a client had ordered from a different NON-WAYFAIR vendor that had died inside of a couple of days. This one is great.

Great towel drying rack! We put this one in our shared guest shower room. Plenty of room for multiple towels to dry between uses and have a nice warm towel each shower.

This towel warmer robust and warmed my towels every morning. It has nice clean straight lines and looks great in my bathroom. Our only criticism is the length of the leads. The controller is right next to the warmer and the leads were 3-4" short. Other than that we really like this towel warmer and are happy we bought it.

The size and appearance of the towel warmer is very nice. It has a dull / brushed nickel look and is more than large enough to accommodate two full-size with room to spare.

It looks great, the box had some damage but the towel warmer was fine. haven't installed it yet to see how it works but its going to look awesome.

This towel warmer works great. We wish that it automatically turned off, so watch that part!

This is axing heater however does not heal quickly and the towel have to be kept over an hour and a half nicely heat however it is beautiful looking and it looks perfect in my bathroom.

My advice to you is to really think about the place you are allowed to install it. After ordering the towel warmer, I learned that the State's codes prevent us to install anything electrical within reach from the tub or the shower. I don't have any space that qualifies, so I am forced to ask for a refund. . . I am selecting 4 stars because of all the good reviews I have read on the web which led me to order this product. I actually never received it as it was sent to another state. Nevertheless, I'd give 4 stars also for the excellent customer service from Houzz.

The curved nature of the towel warmer is just the right amount of style and will make it easier to put towels on it.

Guys, do yourself a favor and and get this for your bathroom. My wife absolutely loves it and if truth be told I do too. It is so popular with my wife she has encouraged (successfully) a couple of my clients to add them as well. I have had no complaints from my customers.

First - wife likes it. That means I chose well. Installation looks difficult in the instruction - which I recommend reading very well before doing the installation. I cheated, assembled it early made marks on the wall and used those marks for installation, otherwise you will be marking points in the wall and one is inevitably not going to line up properly. I'll be adding a GFCI receptacle to power the connection at a later time, it works on an extension cord for testing purposes - it is currently summer so I'll update if there are any issues by winter. Well built stainless - non-metallic as my magnetic level does not stick to it.

This towel warmer is an effective way to ensure that your bath towels are warm and dry...if you remember to turn it on before taking a shower. We have seen these for some time and thought that during a recent bathroom remodel that we would like to incorporate one into the design. The finish is good, as expected. Only time will tell if it holds up to daily use. As for the installation the included instruction leave a lot to be desire. It is a few pictures with a couple of arrows as to which part goes where. It was easy enough to figure out for the pictures but we have some advanced DIY skills. The trickiest part is that the electrical connection has to be in the exact location in order to be hooked up properly. This requires a certain level of planning in a remodeling situation, and some crafty wire fishing if you are installing it into an existing bathroom. The finished look is better with this type of install, it is much cleaner and safer probably. Other models we considered simply had a plug in connection, which is easier but you will have a cord hanging from the unit to the nearest receptacle. Overall good product; hope is can withstand the rigors of usage as time continues.

If you like a warm towel after stepping out of the shower, this unit will not disappoint! The quality of material and workmanship is above average. The welds and joints are as polished and smooth as the square tubing that makes this unit. This model is to be wall mounted and hard wired into the wall. It does have an on/off switch. It can be used to dry clothing in a laundry room application if desired. My unit came without an instruction or installation manual, but the manufacturer has the instructions on their web site for printing or download.

After extensive research, these towel warmers seemed to be a very good value (I bought 2). OTW was very nice to deal with. Answered all my questions. Units arrived quickly and look beautiful. Have not nstalled yet as I am in the middle of a massive renovation. Will follow up with more info later.

This towel warmer is heavy duty. Welded at all joints so you do not have to worry about it falling apart. The radiator comes with all hardware to attach to the wall. This model dose not come with a plug and is designed for a hardwired installation. It is highly recommended to be professionally installed unless you are very familiar with 110v circuitry. It is designed to handle 2 large towels. You should turn the unit on prior to taking a shower or bath and your towel will be ready by the time you are done. This unit only uses electricity to heat the warmer it does not use water. It is elegant in appearance. I am building a mother-in-law quarters and will be installing one in that unit. I can not express to you haw nice it is to get out of the shower and have a warm towel waiting. There are other types of warmer but none of them are going to add to your bathroom beauty like this unit will.
