Great shopping experience!

We visited the Watertown store with the intention of just looking. However, we ended up buying our son several new apartment pieces for him attend college. One big factor in our reason to buy was due to our sales associate, Danielle!! She was beyond patient, helpful, professional and did not push us into any one item. She researched availability, delivery options and took the foresight to set a delivery date/time before I had to call as we were driving up from Florida and unsure of the exact arrival date but knew it was within 24 hr period of the date set. For that, I wholeheartedly thank Danielle and wish there were more sale associates like her!! She is the BEST!! Give her an enormous raise!!!!!!!!

Great Rug

Looks great with our new sofas and feels nice and comfortable

Nice but...

Nice looking and good feel. However, believe it is cut smaller than advertised. I bought a rug pad for underneath and had to trim rug pad quite a bit. Also, it is taking time to get wrinkles out. After almost a month there are still wrinkles.

Great for heavy traffic.

This area rug is in a high traffic area. The colors are great for not showing anything. It looks good and is of good quality.
