Horrible

Do not buy!! I have had wool rugs in the past and know how to care for them. This rug is the worst I’ve ever owned. As others have stated, it was beautiful at first but went downhill very quickly. The fibers have all come loose and it looks like a matted mess now. It’s not typical shedding. It’s is loose fibers that are all now a tangled matted mess. We are past the return window so can’t return. We have owned several Safavieh rugs in the past and none have done what this one has done. Such a disappointment. Adding a photo to compare the rug that is under my couch (like new) to the area that is the matted mess.

Love the rug

I love the square rug. Colors are perfect for my room, rug unrolled nicely, I put heavy things one two if the corners and now they stay down as they should. I would buy this rug again. Nice quality and construction.

Great quality and price!

Rug is exactly what I wanted. It's an off-white/ivory that matches perfectly with everything. Its also very soft even tho is a low pile rug. It does look like rugs from West Elm. Super happy about this product!

The pattern on the ivory rug is barely visable. Looks like a dirty white rug. Will likely return.

It looks great. BUT it's viscose, which is apparently code for "gets dirty and stays dirty". I usually buy wool, but man, this looked bad after the first month. LIKE I SAID...pretty, but doesn't last.

Great for the price

This is a great rug, soft under foot, even without a rug pad. However, be careful what vacuum you use, because it can tend to pull with an extremely strong vacuum

I love everything about this runner rug, the color, subtle neutral pattern, thickness. It seems very well made. My husband says I walk loud. He can hear me walking up and down the hall when he’s trying to sleep. He can’t hear me anymore ;). I have it in a long hallway by the bedrooms in our home and it’s perfect for our needs. It gives your feet a cushioned break from walking on a hard surface. I can’t rate how easy it might be to clean or how well it holds up over time, but based on what I do know about this runner, I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Great quality

Really great quality for the price. Perfect blend of neutrals that will match any palette. High pile but doesn’t shed… love that it’s wool blend and will be easy to clean. Very happy with this rug!

Unless you like your rugs to look like a Komodor dog... I'd skip this!

Not even a month into laying the rug down to use it - it was basically matting onto itself. It didn’t shed like brand new carpet does - It was as if it had such long shedding occurring but didn’t release fully so would end up looking like gross long pieces hanging very where. Our Dyson couldn’t cut through it. I used scissors to try to release it, which would release some - but who has time for that on a 9x12 rug every week? It looked horrible so we threw it away.

Excellent thickness and quality. Loved it so much this was our second purchase in a different color.

This rug is beautiful! I bought the round one for my dining area and had to get the matching one for my living room since I have an open concept. It got some cushion to it that’s really nice and it’s a light beige/grey color more towards the neutral side

I love my new rug. It looks so good with my furniture and floors. It was a bit darker in person which I ended liking better.

Quality Rug

Love the high pile, color and subtle design in the rug. We usually add a carpet pad for extra comfort but probably won’t this time-very pleased with this purchase.

The rug arrived on time. The colors are exactly what I wanted. A good mix of black, creams, and browns, which is perfect for having dogs.

Safavieh 9x12 Rug Short on Dimensions

Our 9x12 rug measured out 4" short. That might not seem like much but we were trying to cover up the floor underneath which our last 9x12 rug did perfectly. It means we also have to cut our rug pad underneath it. We are happy with the color, thickness and quality but disappointed that a rug could be off that much in measurement.

Thick quality beautiful rug. I got 9x12 and it is phenomenal! It looks like a West Elm rug at a fraction of the cost !
