Packaged wrong! Wrinkled!

The rug was folded twice and then rolled. It is so “wrinkled” I don’t know if it will EVER lay flat. I’m so upset because because I loved this rug. I tried vacuuming it and nothing helps it lay flat

Ivory is more brown

This rug looks brown, not ivory.

Horrible chemical smell

The chemical smell when you open it is almost unbearable. I’ve had it airing out for a week and it’s still overwhelming. Going to return

Great rug in a pinch without sacrificing design

Great rug for the price. It’s lighter in color than I thought but high quality and looks good. I bought the light one and it is a medium thickness rug so you can see foot prints pretty easily. It smelled like chemicals for 2 days so if you can, air it out.

Nice rug

Soft and dense

Can’t beat it for the price. Great quality. Very dense pile and very soft which I was not expecting.

Good for an areas rug! I use it for my kids play area. Not cushioned at all. Low pile, wish it was softer, a little itchy but still soft enough so it’s not bad. Color is great! Got the tan color. Lays flat

Terrible Off-Gasing VOCs!!

Design is cute and I wish I could love it but it’s polluting the air of my home, releasing a terrible toxic smell, from the materials it’s made out of.

New modern rug

Love my new rug. Really modernizes and adds to my farmhouse decor. Only feedback so far is wish it was a little cushier

Serenity Rug -

The runner looks very nice in the hallway and is a great contemporary style if you're looking for a rug with neutral colors in it. I did have to use heavy books on the ends when I unrolled it for it to lay flat, but within 24 hours I was able to remove them. Very glad I purchased this for our hallway!

Great Hallway Runner

Rug looks nice against the dark hardwood floors in my hallway. Will need a rug pad to prevent it from moving but overall, very satisfied with my purchase. It looks great for how relatively inexpensive it was.
