Black spots.

Like so many others, mine also came with lots of small black oily marks. It was very difficult to return as it was third party. Very disappointing.

Wrong item was sent - poor customer service

After waiting over a week for delivery, I excitedly opened the box to find that I was sent the wrong rug. I reached out to the seller with no response, so called customer service a few days later and was told an escalation was put in place. The seller finally responded and would not correct their error and ship me the correct rug without me placing another order. Really disappointed with Walmart and the direct seller. Ended up purchasing the same rug from a different company

Brightened up my dining room! Great purchase!

This rug changed my dining room for the better. It really brightened up the room. Incredibly soft under your feet and easy to spot clean.

Nice rug for the price

Good rug for the entryway. Not super thick but it covers footprints and it’s washable!

Packaged wrong! Wrinkled!

The rug was folded twice and then rolled. It is so “wrinkled” I don’t know if it will EVER lay flat. I’m so upset because because I loved this rug. I tried vacuuming it and nothing helps it lay flat

Ivory is more brown

This rug looks brown, not ivory.

Horrible chemical smell

The chemical smell when you open it is almost unbearable. I’ve had it airing out for a week and it’s still overwhelming. Going to return

Great rug in a pinch without sacrificing design

Great rug for the price. It’s lighter in color than I thought but high quality and looks good. I bought the light one and it is a medium thickness rug so you can see foot prints pretty easily. It smelled like chemicals for 2 days so if you can, air it out.

Soft and dense

Can’t beat it for the price. Great quality. Very dense pile and very soft which I was not expecting.

Good for an areas rug! I use it for my kids play area. Not cushioned at all. Low pile, wish it was softer, a little itchy but still soft enough so it’s not bad. Color is great! Got the tan color. Lays flat

Terrible Off-Gasing VOCs!!

Design is cute and I wish I could love it but it’s polluting the air of my home, releasing a terrible toxic smell, from the materials it’s made out of.

What a fast delivery, it arrived 5 days sooner than expected. The packaging was nicely sealed and was light weight. And the quality didn't disappoint.
