Faded,frayed & oil smell after 6 months

Arrived folded with petroleum smell. Smell has dissipated over time but rug color has faded immensely and is in a room with minimal sunlight. BBB will do nothing since it occurred after 45-60 days. I own other rugs from brand with no issue. Must have gotten a dud but will never purchase a rug from BBB. I'm guessing this was a liquidated product and I got duped.

Unhappy buyer

i am very dissatisfied with the product. The rug seems to have a white film on it When a vacuum in one direction you can seen the grey, when do it another direction it looks complete whitenand with streaks. I am very very unhappy with this rug. I would not recommend a friend to buy this.

Caution . . . I recommend do NOT purchase!!! This rug is very thin and it will NOT release the wrinkles. We've been building a house & wasn't able to place rugs til couple weeks ago. Rug STILL hasn't relaxed. Throwing away because we've missed the return window due to home construction. Waste of money. :-(

Charming rug for entryway

Bought 2 rugs 2x8 accurate size and came in really good packaging. The rugs were true color to what is online and are a nice thickness. I did add a rug runner underneath to keep it from slipping and it adds to the thickness for entryway and hallway

I bought this rug, 3x5 to Out in my entryway. The pattern is beautiful! The gray is silvery depending on how the light shines on it. It’s very soft, but thinner than expected. Will need a rug pad to keep it from Slipping but overall it’s a pretty rug.

Too badly rolled and creased to use

Disappointed! Ive gotten rugs like this before but this one was rolled too tight and flattened that its still a mess with too many creases to count. Had to take it up it looked so bad.

Formal Look

I am using this rug in my living room with two white leather sofas and a dark wood coffee table. It now has a more formal look that I wasn't necessarily aiming at, but I do now like. The rug is very soft under bare feet - a nice feel. It is however thin so I would recommend a pad under it.

Just what inwas looking for

The rug is beautiful! I love the two tone gray and white. The rug did have a chemical smell for about a week. The strongest I have ever had and I have bought several of these same rugs from the same brand.

Beautiful, but needs a rug pad

We love the classic look of this, and it is pretty soft. However, this rug shed just a little bit when we first got it (nothing a weekly vacuuming won’t fix). The biggest minus for me is that it requires a rug pad, since it’s pretty slidey (I’m not sure if that is a word, but it should be!)

Love the colors and design. A little on the thinner...

Love the colors and design. A little on the thinner side than I was expecting. Taking a while for the rug to flatten out. Unfortunately there are lines in the rug that I don't think will go away,but for the price I'm otherwise happy with my purchase.

BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC RUG---REASONABLY PRICED!

I purchased this rug for my master bedroom. It is transitional and can be used appropriately for both traditional and contemporary rooms. The shades of gray are soft and the quality is excellent for the price. The rug looks just like the photo online. It adds an overall softness to the bedroom. The rug lays flat and it did not buckle. I highly recommend this rug and would purchase it again!

Pretty rug - awful smell

It was what I was looking for - inexpensive, room sized, neutral gray with nice pattern. Colors are close to what is on website. The rug is rather thin but you get what you pay for. I gave only 2 stars because of the strong chemical smell. I've bought many rugs and they all have a slight odor which dissipates after a day or so, but this rug was the worst ever. I don't know if it was the chemicals that caused it - but I woke up the second night it was in the room with a bloody nose. It took over a week before the smell died down to minimal levels and the odor was still detectable even after 2 weeks.

Soft, pretty, cheap, great

For the amount I paid, this is a great deal- low pile, but soft, gray /silver color. I bought 9x12. It is slightly feminine, but we use it in our living room. It came with the "brand new smell, lasting for over a week already, but not too terrible. You can tell it smells less and less every day. It like new car smell, I guess. My dog and toddler love it. My whole family has been spending time on the floor in the living room since we got it. It has this 2 tone silver and gray color to it- depending on how you strike it with your foot. I also bought the very same 14' kitchen runner
