Color is Off!!!

I just ordered seven of these rugs and they all must go back! They are more blue than green! Let the buyer beware! If you can order a sample, then do yourself a favor and do so! As as the rugs themselves go, they are okay. Lighter (in weight) than I expected. I expected better quality rug than I received. This was a total waste of time. Now, I have to pay to have them shipped back. Will try somewhere else.

We returned the rug because

We returned the rug because it was the wrong color. A lady named Diane helped me. I had no idea there were three atlas Rugs. She asked me, Atlas, Green I said no charcoal she should’ve again said oh there are three do you want the charcoal ash? She did not so we ended up getting the charcoal gold I did not notice it until I got the email with the picture in it we had to pay $42 to have it sent back which we did and now we are waiting for our refund. I’m not sure in the future if we will order from Rugs Direct we did have a lot of Rugs that we wanted to order but now we are just waiting for a refund. I feel like the order was just messed up could have been fixed better. Even if we were given the option to switch out the Rugs and get the one we wanted we would’ve ordered it.

Poor customer service

We like the rug but it is not the size described. It is 5 inches longer, which exactly what the label on the rug shows. After 5 emails, Rugs Direct customer service cannot understand that their description of this rug is wrong on their website and that it should be changed. I won't buy from them again.

Happy New Customer

We went to several local rug stores to find an area rug for our kitchen and came up empty handed. I stumbled across the Rugs Direct website and perused the 100 pages of rugs and found the perfect rug that both my husband and I agreed to (not easy). We actually agreed on many of Rugs Direct selections. Lastly, we are thrilled with our final selection and it looks beautiful. The padding gives it an extra plushness as well. We will certainly be purchasing from Rugs Direct again!

Rug Arrived, No Signature, Without Plastic Wrap in a Broken Box

I submitted a claim, but I would like to submit a positive review when we are able to return this item. It was sent by the manufacturer in a box without plastic. We were very disappointed but hoping Rugs Direct will have it wrapped in plastic and returned by Fed Ex ASAP. We still have more area rugs to purchase.

Beware👎 Major rip off😡

For starters, I order just about everything online & this is my first time writing reviews. Just left one on the larger one I had ordered. After realizing I should have sized down I wanted to catch them before delivery because we did not have a car big enough to get the rug in to return. I called & was quoted a price of $500. - $1000. To not accept the delivery😳🤯😡. They advertise no fuss easy returns with their discount😳.

Love it!

This colors of this rug are perfect for my living room!! It adds an overall warmth and pulls all of the furniture in the room together! Always a little nervous about purchasing items online based on color, but this one is 1000% accurate!! Great quality product and it simply looks fantastic!

Super Happy!

We love this runner! It was just what I was looking for for our hallway entrance. Beautiful colors, perfect size, great quality at an affordable price, arrived in a timely manor...all around great experience! I will definitely be shopping for all future rugs at rugs direct!

Nice basic rug

The colors are a little brighter than the picture. Also, agree with another reviewer more blue than I expected. Good size as needed a little bigger than standard 3x5 and the extra couple of inches were perfect. Overall nice rug but get a pad so it doesn’t slide around and for more cushioning.

Pleased as Punch!

I was very pleased to receive the rug I ordered in a timely fashion. The colors depicted on the website were true to the actual colors in the rug. A "green" rug can have many possibilities but this one was truly a sage color, which is what I wanted, with shades of blue, white and gold intermixed. Beautiful! This rug is in my bedroom and feels like good quality carpet underfoot.

Love the colors - it says green in the description - I’d say it has more of a blue stripe - the green is more subtle like a gray/green stripe in it - but that’s ok - I really like it! Really brightens up my room. Not super soft but it has a tight weave. Delivery was good - well wrapped for the elements.

Repeat purchases

I've lost track of how many of the Oriental Weaver rugs have been bought for our home over the years. The price is always good and so is the quality. Ours are made of propylene. This latest rug is a long 12' runner that is perfect for the entrance hallway. The colors are subdued, yet blend into the existing decor very well. Runners that long aren't so easy to find, so we were very pleased to find this one.
