A Great Runner Area Rug
This runner area rug is great for long narrow hallways and will look even better when the hallway remodel is finished. (picture white beadboard wainscotting). The classic, symmetrical pattern flows with the walls and trim and fits my house’s overall feel. The light blues and white help give a warm feel to the area as well.The carpet comes in a tight roll, so you can expect it to need some time to settle down flat. I rolled mine up in reverse for an hour before putting it down in the hallway. And that helped give it a head start on relaxing. I eventually laid some spare LVP planks on it to finish the job. My four cats immediately decided it was a fun slip and slide, which prolonged the process until I got some sticky rug pads.The rug is polypropylene, so the fabric is smooth. It absolutely will slide on a smooth surface. It’s not a problem for casual walking, but you will want to get a non-slip pad or carpet sticky corners.Part of what attracted me to this particular rug was the pet friendly aspect. I have four cats, all fully armed, and two large dogs, so this rug is going to get a workout. The dogs aren’t doing much to it except walking, but the cats are doing exactly what you expect, clawing it and racing back and forth now that there is traction in the hallway. I had to add extra sticky pads to the sides of the rug to stop them from going under it.One concern had was that the ends are not flat, but curled under and sewn, so there is a lump at each end. I have a Roomba S9 and it was able to make it over the bump with no issues once the carpet was stuck to the floor.I’ve had it in place now for four weeks with cats, dogs, and vacuums running over it and I don’t see a stich out of place. I think this rug will be a great feature in my hallway for years to come. Less

Stylish Durable Rug
Received the rug, and it was nicely packaged. I really like the color and pattern of the rug. It adds a refreshing look to my counter area. The rug itself is flat pile and looks durable to furniture and lots of foot traffic. The rug is lightweight and thin, yet feels tough. I use it next to my kitchen island for the barstools. It would be nice if it came with backing so it didn't slip.
