Fabric did not last and developed a hole

Fabric came apart which developed a hole in the armrest. I am elderly and do not abuse furniture. Very disappointed and thought Ashley furniture would last longer.

My girlfriend and I bought each a couch and loveseat online. There was some confusion on a date they would arrive at the store on Osage beach, mo. She had a surgery planned and we would not be able to pick them up once they showed up. They ended up coming late so we asked about delivery, and the manager agreed to bring them home for free. Although it was a headache waiting, and getting them late, we are happy overall with the purchase, and the store went above and beyond to take care of us. We thank them for that, and next time, we'll make in store purchases. Hopefully we get years of enjoyment from the new seating, thank you!
