Good chair, xL was a good call.Little too hard on some programs, but better that way then too soft for me.Wish there was a simpler program option to custom

Nice...but there is one glitch...

Overall very nice, but Stretch mode is dangerous as it squeezes the calves painfully tight and the pause button and the power off button will not stop or release. Thankfully I had somebody in the room who could unplug the chair.

For a powerlifter...

5'9", 275lbs, 56" chest,42" waist...airbags around shoulders almost painful. Need an assistant to get both arms into arm channels. Calves and feet really good but nothing on hamstrings. Works great on piriformis. Back is good enough. I paid 2k so I feel the chair is acceptable. If I had paid msrp, I would be returning it.

Spring Loaded

Something to keep in mind is that the chair has a spring loaded footrest! It is not a lot of pressure but it is something you need to keep applying.The massage itself is amazing and would really recommend this chair

Good family chair

All of my family members even my 6'1" husband can use it! I'm so glad I got this chair. Super smooth and relaxing.

I'm a 6'5" tall guy weighing right around 195lbs. This chair ended up being my only option is it's one of the few that will fit a tall person. While I ordered the XL, I was shipped the Premium LE which seems to be an upgraded version! This has been so nice to keep my muscles loose between actual massages. Family has agreed that it's awesome when at first they rolled their eyes at me for getting it. It is big however, so be prepared for it to be the focus of a room.
