Catnapper has always had a good reputation and previously owning matching recliners played an intricate part in my decision to purchase this Lift Chair Recliner. I would highly recommend considering them for your next purchase.

This chair was broke less than 2 months!! If the repair person is not in your area it will cost you for them to come look at it then, then other cost for the parts

Misleading advertising

It does not lay flat. It is cloth fabric with shadowing to look like leather. I needed something I could slide onto; this is more like fake suede, very hard to move around on. Heat stopped working after a few months. Not at all what I expected.

1. As with all white glove deliveries, the packaging is removed by the delivery people. If you allow this to happen and you decide to return this chair, you will not be allowed to do so because Vitality Web expects you to pack it up yourself in the original packaging. Even though THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE take the packaging. Even if you are 93 and despite the fact that they delivered it to your living room.

Catnapper Ramsey 4857 lift chair recliner

I bought this for my husband. The chair it self is great. My husband loves it. The only problem is that it came with some nasty little bugs. My husband has enough health problems without getting eat up by bed bugs. I was not expecting this so now that I have found their home underneath and in all the seams of the chair I am having to have my home fumigated. I was not expecting this and am very sorry I bought this chair for my husband. At least he did not have bites all over him before this chair and now he does. If I had to do it over again I would not buy a chair on line to be delivered. I only did it as I can NOT leave my husband alone to go pick out a chair for him in person. And he is unable to get out of the house.
